• BJP never say that they are only focus on Hindu or their agenda is to entertain the Hindu, but all of their actions are always against the communist and Muslim party.
• Congress, they have tried to give more freedom to minority to get the minority votes. As they were very much sure about getting votes of majority of Hindu majority, because they got Gandhi tag. But if we see clearly then we will see at the current time majority is completely against them because of the many long pending issues like, Article 370 and Ram Mandir. Which solved under BJP rule and hence majority will go with BJP.
• There are many small parties which are based on the particular minority like Bheem sena, AIMIM, Samajwadi party and BASPA. All these party are working for some minority and hence congress vote is getting divided.
• BJP agenda is more towards nationalism, which means they more keen towards representing Indian on high priority.
•  We have two main party in Indian which is congress and BJP, and they have PM face like Modi and Rahul Gandhi. But because of Rahul Gandhi as the face of the PM congress is not getting better vote even from their own supporters.
• You have seen the URI attack and other surgical strikes which increased the confidence of people of India toward the BJP party.
• Now many Muslims who used to vote Congress they are now voting to party like AIMIM and AAM admi party. Which makes congress a weak contender for the BJP and hence BJP is winning the election.
•  Very less corruption cases registered against BJP.

1. In private jobs you will have more work and many time your mind will be too much engaged with work and your family may think that they are no more important for you. Solution :>The best solution for this issue is ,we need to talk to our family members and discuss about the kind of work you are dealing with .Because no one can understand the situation of others until they will not go through the same type of situations .

Many time because of your family issue and work you may not be able to work efficiently in your company ,which may be a reason why your managers and other employee may be thinking wrongly about you .Solution:>The beast solution for this is we need to talk to our managers and other employee about the your family situation , like some one is not good in family or some of your family member is ill.Look every one is good heart only , we just need to talk to them , you will see many helping hand and even your worst manager will cooperates with you .

The PM candidate is not worthy : In congress they have also many talented leaders they are well educated and they can give a better plan for development of India .But the problem is popularity , none of them is accepted by people of India as the leader of the country .I am giving you one example if you will be able to remember your school day they you have seen monitor of the class , it was never mandatory that monitor will be topper of class or very intelligent in study , but he should be able to convince the people and people need to follow him .In the same way congress does not have any face to whom people can follow . Small party taken votes : There are many small party like AAP and AIMIM they taken attracted most of the supporters of the congress .Becase the main ideology of congress is about secularism and congress entertain minority like Muslims and other religious party .Here AAP come with the same concept and they taken the votes of congress , in the same way the AIMIM also taken many muslim votes . Powerful candidate of PM: BJP has a very powerful face for the PM candidate which is Narendra Modi .Narendra Modi is not any scholar but he came from low to up so his confidence is always high as he knows that he is not going to lose anything .he is able to connect with the people of the country. BJP has a national agenda and they say about the Akhand Bharat this is also in their manifesto .They have also able to resolve many cases like RAM Mandir and 370 of kashmir which was issue for many years which influence many people of country .

• शासन वास्तव में घर जाने की जरूरत वाले व्यक्ति की पहचान करने में सक्षम नहीं था।
  क्योंकि बहुत से लोग उसके और उसके परिवार के लिए बहुत बड़ी निर्भरता रखते थे और अगर वे परिवार से लंबे समय तक दूर रहते हैं तो उनके परिवार को कुछ बुरी स्थितियों का सामना करना पड़ सकता है।
• आप जानते हैं कि भारत की जनसंख्या बहुत अधिक है, इसलिए इसे नियंत्रण में रखने की आवश्यकता है अन्यथा ऐसी कोई भी स्थिति दुनिया के किसी भी प्रशासन द्वारा पूरी तरह से नहीं संभाली जा सकती। भारी जनसंख्या को नियंत्रित करना कोई आसान काम नहीं है।

प्रवासी श्रमिकों को संभालने और उनके जीवन को बचाने के लिए हम क्या कर सकते थे?

• देखिए, करोड़ों लोगों को प्रबंधित करना बहुत बड़ी बात है। इसे एक शीर्ष रणनीति की आवश्यकता है और आप दो या तीन दिनों में अच्छी रणनीति नहीं बना सकते हैं क्योंकि बहुत से टिंग हैं जिन्हें संभालने की आवश्यकता है और सरकार ने पाया कि कोरोना बहुत तेजी से बढ़ रहा था इसलिए वे लेते हैं त्वरित निर्णय।लेकिन वे इस निर्णय को बहुत पहले ले सकते थे क्योंकि भारत इटली और जर्मनी की तरह नहीं है और हमारे पास बहुत बड़ी आबादी है। और उनमें से ज्यादातर गरीब हैं इसलिए भारत को उचित योजना के साथ पहले से लॉक अप लागू करना चाहिए था।
• इंसान के रूप में हम कुछ किलोमीटर के लिए 2 से 3 लोगों के लिए कारों में लिफ्ट देकर लोगों की मदद कर सकते थे।हम इसे बाइक से भी कर सकते थे। मैंने किसी को भी लिफ्ट देते नहीं देखा, हर एक वीडियो बना रहा था।मैंने देखा कि बहुत से लोग महिलाओं का वीडियो बना रहे थे और वह अपनी गोद में बच्चे को ले कर अपने घर के रास्ते पर जा रही थी और बाइक और कार पर बैठे लोग वीडियो बना रहे थे। वे 10-20 केलोमीटर तक लिफ्ट दे सकते थे।तो, बस सरकार को हर उस चीज के लिए दोषी न ठहराएं जिसके लिए हम भी जिम्मेदार हैं।

You have heard people dying from corona , but many people are dying during moving from one city to their home city.We will focus and try to answer few question and answers .

Why people are trying to go their  villages?

• Many people are saying to workers and to migrants that they should not go to their village.But we need to understand the important point here.It may be possible that some places government and other NGO are providing food to needy ,but it is possible that many women may be pregnant and they need many things more than the food .Everyone is trying to offer food .It is possible there born baby who need different food then mother milk , it is possible that mother is not able to produce enough milk for her baby.
• It is also possible that state and central government is not able to ensure them for food and security.
• Many migrants and labors may be thinking that they may die from this corona and instead of dying here let us die with our family.
• See, it is possible that some peoples father mother are old and they need help of their son and daughter and if their son and daughter will not be there then they can face bad consequences .So in that case many people decided to go by walking for 1000 km for their family .Otherwise ,if everything is  fine then why people will walk such long distance.
• People who were earning on the daily basis and they do not have house to live they got  confuse as where to live and what to eat , so in that condition going home was based options.
  

Why government failed to handle migrants and laborers?

• First reason was lack of proper data.Government does not have idea that how many migrants are there.Because there  was many part time and daily based workers also.And for the employee who was working as for company they got some support but what about those workers who was working on the daily basis.
• Government was not really able to identify the one who really need to go home.Because many people were having huge dependency for his and her family and if they stay long away from family their family may face some bad situations.
• You know that the population of India is very high , so this need to be in control it otherwise any such situation can not be handle perfectly by any government of the world.To control huge population is not an easy task.
  

What we could have done to handle migrant workers and save their lives?

• See ,it's very big thing to manage crores of people .It need a top strategy and you can not make good strategy in two or three days because there are many tings which need to be handle and government found corona was growing very faster so they take quick decisions.But they could have taken this decisions little earlier because India is not like Italy and Germany we have huge populations .And most of them are poor so India should have implemented lock down earlier with proper planing.
• As human being we could have helped people by giving lift in  cars for 2 to 3 people for few kilometer .We could have done it by bikes also.I have not seen any one giving any lift , every one was just making video.I saw many people was making video of a women and she was taking  baby in her arms and moving on the way to her home and people on seating on Bikes and Cars were making videos.They could have given lift for 10-20 kilometers.So ,simply do not blame government for everything we are also responsible for this.

Today world is going through a very dangerous situations.Along with Corona Virus there is another issue increasing  currently which is unemployment issue.There is a solution to handle unemployment and it is called Kurzarbeit. Kurzarbeit are way of dealing unemployment in Germany.
Let us understand some of its facts.

• According to the German government if any company are not able to do any business and are stop getting any income they that company need to apply to the German government for this.
• German government will take the details of the employee of the company and government will pay for 67% and 60% of salary of the employee.
• Now here 60% salary for the unmarried and 67% for the married with family.So if you see here Government of Germany is very fair , as they know that a married person has more responsibility and they need more money and they respect this.
• There other country like Italy and France they too have some policy for this but not very common.
• Any company which is not earning anything and if they do not have money,
   in such case company will not be able to pay their employee and it will ask them leave the jobs.Because company has to pay medical , pf, pension for their employee.But if for certain period of time government will pay for that in that case company will not required to ask their employee to leave the jobs.
• Many of us may think why we can not implement same technique for India also to save jobs?See Germany is a very small country and they have very small population and most of them are employed.India is high population country and every one is not employed also so if government will pay for employed people then there chances that many people will not get benefit of government policy.Also Germany have all the big company manufacturing hubs, so the government is already getting too much of tax from their people.

भारत में धर्मनिरपेक्षता भारत के लोगों को अपनी पसंद का कोई भी धर्म चुनने की स्वतंत्रता देती है, यह धार्मिक और गैर-धार्मिक दोनों लोगों को भी स्वतंत्रता प्रदान करती है।

भारत में यह ब्रिटेन जैसे पश्चिमी देश से पूरी तरह अलग है।ब्रिटेन जैसे देश में, उनके पास अपना चर्च है और सभी धार्मिक कार्य पूरी तरह से शासन के काम से अलग हैं। दूसरे शब्दों में हम कह सकते हैं कि सरकार धार्मिक चीजों में हस्तक्षेप नहीं कर सकती है। और धर्म शासन कार्य में हस्तक्षेप नहीं कर सकता।

भारत में हमारे पास सभी के लिए समान संविधान नहीं है। हमारे पास धर्मों के आधार पर भी संविधान हैं। जिसके कारण कई बार कोर्ट द्वारा किसी भी मामले को सुलझाने में बहुत अधिक समय लग जाता है।

सभी धर्मों के लिए समान गठन करने पर चर्चा चल रही है, लेकिन अल्पसंख्यक धर्म यह दावा कर रहे हैं कि यह बहुत संभव है कि बहुसंख्यक (हिंदू) धर्मों के आधार पर गठन किया जा सकता है।

Secularism in India gives freedom to people of India to choose any religion they want; it also provides freedom to both religious and non-regions people.

Its always the journey of your life, the journey through which you are going if it is giving of pleasant feeling then destination is not that much important.suppose you want to become a very rich person, and you pended your 50 years to become rich person and during this 50 years you lived worst life.So this success is not really a success.
2. So if you want to become successful first you need to understand what is you capability , what you can do and what you can not do.For example many people are preparing for IAS and IPS and many people are copying them blindly .But for those who really wanted to become IAS and IPS they are enjoying the preparation and challenges but those just making copy of them they will ruin their career .Remember without any powerful motivation you can not achieve these goals.
3. There are many people who thinks that if they will earn too much money they will be successful , but the true success is the peace of mind .So we need to focus on the peace of mind , we need money for a good life but if you are only living to earn money then this is not a successful life.
4. You go outside and watch to the rich people driving BMW cars ,look into their eyes, do they really happy? with all the BMW and too much money.No even you can be more happy and peaceful with the TATA cars and any low budget cars.
5. Many people believe that if they will earn too much money they will be successful ,many people believes that if they will have very huge bank balance then they will be successful.At the same time many people also believe that if they have peace in their life then they are successful .You need to find what gives you more satisfaction peace or money. Remember i am not telling that without money you can be happy, all I am saying if we are earning a good money  and we have all the basic things which we needs . Because there is no limit for desire , but we should not make  desire painful.
6. For example you need house for living and some money to build house , but what if you want to make house like a villa or like any palace . So you will take too much loan for it and whole life till death you will pay the loan .It is totally foolish idea, just build the house with all basic needs with less loans. Here we are talking about rebirth, let's think are we able to remember our previous birth . No one in this world know about the previous life .You may face many people who are very much sure about  rebirth . I am  confuse about the facts, as i said we can only discuss it and understand it .
Have you ever realize that how much problems we have for this life , we have tension of Jobs , relative , family and need to settle a lot of things like loan of banks, EMI etc.
Now just think ,what will happen if we will be able to see our  previous birth also .We will see some one have did some wrong with you have to take revenge of that , your children of previous birth are struggling.

State governments are very powerful for day to day matters and issues specially inside the borde of of the state.
But Taking decisions related to nation security are fall under the power of the central government.

The residuary powers- Which is Article 248 of the Indian constitution gives all the residuary powers to the parliament(central government) .

The residuary powers are like controlling of Army and central forces and managing foreign affairs and security related issue .

Some interesting facts - In the countries like USA, Switzerland,and Australia all the residuary powers are comes under the state government , so we can say their state governments are little more powerful then India.

Further,in case of conflict or any differences between the laws of state and parliament(central), the central or parliament wins.

 केंद्रीय सरकार के पास राज्यों की तुलना में अधिक शक्ति है। राज्यपाल की नियुक्ति केंद्र द्वारा की जाती है। उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीशों को केंद्र द्वारा नियुक्त किया जाता है। अधिकांश शक्तियां केंद्र के साथ पड़ी हैं।

राज्य सरकारें दिन-प्रतिदिन के मामलों और विशेष रूप से राज्य की सीमा के अंदर के मुद्दों के लिए बहुत शक्तिशाली हैं।

लेकिन राष्ट्र सुरक्षा से जुड़े फैसले लेना केंद्र सरकार की शक्ति के अंतर्गत आता है।

अवशिष्ट शक्तियां- जो भारतीय संविधान का अनुच्छेद 248 है, संसद (केंद्र सरकार) को सभी अवशिष्ट शक्तियां प्रदान करती है।

अवशिष्ट शक्तियां सेना और केंद्रीय बलों को नियंत्रित करने और विदेशी मामलों और सुरक्षा संबंधी मुद्दों का प्रबंधन करने जैसी हैं।

कुछ रोचक तथ्य - संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका, स्विटज़रलैंड और ऑस्ट्रेलिया जैसे देशों में सभी अवशिष्ट शक्तियाँ राज्य सरकार के अधीन आती हैं, इसलिए हम कह सकते हैं कि उनकी राज्य सरकारें कुछ अधिक शक्तिशाली हैं तो भारत।

इसके अलावा, राज्य या संसद (केंद्रीय) के कानूनों के बीच संघर्ष या किसी भी मतभेद के मामले में, केंद्रीय या संसद जीतता है।

राज्यपाल, जिसे केंद्र द्वारा नियुक्त किया जाता है, एक राज्य आपातकाल (राष्ट्रपति शासन) की सिफारिश कर सकता है जब कोई संवैधानिक टूट हो और ऐसा नियम तब लगाया जा सकता है जब राज्य सरकार केंद्र सरकार के निर्देश के अनुसार कार्य नहीं करती है

कोई भी राज्य स्थायी नहीं है जिसका मतलब है कि राज्य सरकार को नष्ट किया जा सकता है, और संसद, (केंद्रीय सदस्य) के पास राज्य को नष्ट करने की पूरी शक्ति है

खराब प्रबंधन या बड़े संकट की स्थिति में केंद्र सरकार अपनी इच्छा के अनुसार राज्यों का पुनर्गठन कर सकती है। राज्यों की राय भी मायने नहीं रखती है

Hello friends , today we are discussing about one very important fact about the world which is, why so many religions in the world?So if you will see carefully world which separated by some mountains or by some big rivers these two sides are unknown to each .Lets take an example , if you will go to Islam originated country  you will find they are lack of vegetables and other stuffs , so they eats animals more , also because of lack of woods they prefer to bury the dead body,
and this become tradition for them.
In the same way if you will come to India , here soil are very fertile because of the rivers and also there are many fruits and other options are available to eats , so the people here eats only these things ,
and this become tradition in India .
So what i am trying to say you that all the religions are developed according to the environment of that places.There are many religions , Like Islam , Buddhism , Christianity , Jainism etc .Many people make a mistake to call Hinduism as a religion . Hinduism is not at all any religion , fundamentally it is a process which is running since long time. Why I am saying this because no one is founder of it like other religions .One more thing is there which is very much responsible for various religions which is temperature , because if you will go to places like desert for example Islamic country , you will see people are hiding there faces and head , it is because of intense heat which can burn the skin . At the same time if you will go to the places like Europe the temperature is cool and no need to hide face from sun , no problem of burning of body.

नमस्कार दोस्तों, आज हम दुनिया के बारे में एक बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य के बारे में चर्चा कर रहे हैं कि दुनिया में इतने सारे धर्म क्यों हैं? इसलिए यदि आप ध्यान से दुनिया देखेंगे जो कुछ पहाड़ों या कुछ बड़ी नदियों द्वारा अलग-अलग हैं तो ये दोनों पक्ष प्रत्येक के लिए अज्ञात हैं । एक उदाहरण लेते हैं, यदि आप इस्लाम के मूल देश में जाएंगे, तो आप पाएंगे कि उनमें सब्जियों और अन्य सामानों की कमी है, इसलिए वे जानवरों को अधिक खाते हैं, इसलिए लकड़ी की कमी के कारण वे शव को दफनाना पसंद करते हैं,
और यह उनके लिए परंपरा बन जाती है।
उसी तरह यदि आप भारत आएंगे, तो यहाँ की मिट्टी नदियों की वजह से बहुत उपजाऊ है और वहाँ भी कई फल और अन्य विकल्प खाने के लिए उपलब्ध हैं, इसलिए यहाँ के लोग केवल इन चीजों को खाते हैं,
और यह भारत में परंपरा बन गई।
इसलिए मैं आपसे यह कहने की कोशिश कर रहा हूं कि सभी धर्मों का विकास उस स्थानों के वातावरण के अनुसार होता है। कई धर्म, जैसे इस्लाम, बौद्ध धर्म, ईसाई धर्म, जैन धर्म आदि हैं। बहुत से लोग हिंदू धर्म को धर्म कहने की गलती करते हैं। हिंदू धर्म किसी भी धर्म में नहीं है, मौलिक रूप से यह एक प्रक्रिया है जो लंबे समय से चल रही है। मैं ऐसा इसलिए कह रहा हूं क्योंकि कोई भी अन्य धर्मों की तरह इसका संस्थापक नहीं है। एक और बात यह है कि विभिन्न धर्मों के लिए बहुत जिम्मेदार है जो तापमान है, क्योंकि यदि आप उदाहरण के लिए रेगिस्तान जैसे स्थानों पर जाएंगे इस्लामी देश, तो आप देखेंगे लोग वहां चेहरे और सिर छिपा रहे हैं, यह तीव्र गर्मी के कारण है जो त्वचा को जला सकता है। एक ही समय में अगर आप यूरोप जैसी जगहों पर जाएंगे, तो तापमान ठंडा रहेगा और धूप से चेहरा छुपाने की जरूरत नहीं है, शरीर के जलने की कोई समस्या नहीं है।
