• During war between Kauravas and Pandava Krishna decided fight with Bhishma because Arjuna was not fighting with full potential, because blood relation with Bhishma. Then Arjuna asked Krishna why are breaking your promise for not fight in this war. Krishna said to Arjuna, I am breaking my promise of not fight to support truth. Wich shows a mirror to Bhishma as Bhishma was supporting wrong and nonethical just to full fill his promise, Bhishma was just fighting because he was bound with a promise which he took long time ago. It means a promise is of no use if it means to encourage wrong and nonethical. We should break the promises if it is not for correct reason. Most of the people who were fighting in support of Duryodhana was bound with promises., which thy should break to support truth. Here we are learning that in life many times we take a decision which might be good at that time but not be good for current society, it is possible that promises we are taking today tomorrow there will be different circumstances, so based on the situation we should change our decisions. It is possible today there are no crime so one has decided not to fight any one but tomorrow there can be too much crime in society so we should change the decisions if it really required.

• When arjuna saw on battlefield that his own uncle teacher and brothers are in opposition he was not able encouraged himself to fight in the battle. Then Krishna said this fight is not with you and your uncle or with your brothers. This fight between good and bad. This fight is for Draupadi, this fight is for providing rights to correct people. You need to think about your current role, you were very good in your relationship and obeying your elders, but this is battlefield, and you know you are fighting for good. Here we learned that we should work on current role with full heart, we should stop focusing on the other roles. Or in simple we should do exactly what is required at that moment instead of focusing on other things.

If we go back to 10 to 15 years, then we will see people love to do jobs, they used to get up early in the morning and start preparation for office. Now if you see people used to work late night and getup also very late in morning. So, in current generation have totally changed from previous generations.

In general, we cannot live like the way we wanted, either we need to follow job or leave the job and them we can live the life we want.

With the time humans are understanding that life is very small, so spending this small life on something which they are not enjoying is not correct.

Now every organization are giving tough targets to employees, which causing not have better work life balance. Also due to this competitive environment every one want to go ahead of other which creates too much poisonous environment.

I Will give you one example, for 10 years there was only 2 phone company, hence whatever they were making people used to buy that only. Now we have 10 phone company, so people have too many options. So, people may buy any phone. Now for phone company it's hard to sell so they will push hard to give new feature with affordable price, so to do so they are going to ask to employee again.

You have seen people are selling tea over jobs it is just because people don't want to work in such environment. They want to live their life in their way.

But it also depends on organization, as many places we get better cultural events and other social events so that employees get little different feel.

Too much dependent of jobs makes people insecure, because we can see many big companies are firing bulk of their employee, which causing job insecurity in every employee working in other organization. People have their family relaying on these jobs. Thes are the reason people are thinking other options too.

आम तौर पर हम उस तरह नहीं जी सकते जैसे हम चाहते थे, या तो हमें नौकरी का पालन करना होगा या नौकरी छोड़नी होगी और हम अपनी इच्छानुसार जीवन जी सकते हैं।

समय के साथ मनुष्य यह समझ रहा है कि जीवन बहुत छोटा है, इसलिए इस छोटे से जीवन को किसी ऐसी चीज पर खर्च करना सही नहीं है जिसका वे आनंद नहीं ले रहे हैं।

मैं आपको एक उदाहरण देता हूं, 10 साल तक केवल 2 फोन कंपनी थी, इसलिए वे जो कुछ भी बना रहे थे लोग वही खरीदते थे। अब हमारे पास 10 फोन कंपनी हैं इसलिए लोगों के पास बहुत सारे विकल्प हैं। तो लोग कोई भी फोन खरीद सकते हैं। अब फोन कंपनी के लिए इसे बेचना मुश्किल है, इसलिए वे सस्ती कीमत के साथ नई सुविधा देने के लिए कड़ी मेहनत करेंगे, ऐसा करने के लिए वे फिर से कर्मचारी से पूछने जा रहे हैं।

आपने देखा है कि लोग नौकरी के बदले चाय बेच रहे हैं, यह सिर्फ इसलिए है क्योंकि लोग ऐसे माहौल में काम नहीं करना चाहते हैं। वे अपना जीवन उसी तरह जीना चाहते हैं।

At the time of childhood, we all used to have some goal to achieve, but do you think that was our real goal? In most of cases our childhood goals get changed with time, because we know more about ourselves and about other new things which changes our goal. Also changing these goals with time is totally perfect.

The goals changing happening because we are yet not clear about our goals. But one time come when we need to dedicate our complete energy on one thing and finding that one thing and working on that is important.

I will give you one example, if you want to become very rich or you want to become CMD or CEO of big organization, then you need to know all the important skills which will give you path for that. You need to have proper study and clarity from where you need to start and what all knowledge you need to acquire for that and keep working on that.

Suppose you have set some goal and you give some important years of your life and suddenly you met some very successful people in other fields and this field is completely new you, now if you influence from them to and decided to leave your goal and again start other goal then it will be waste of effort.

There is no secret formula to get success although while following your goal one need to do below steps

• Prioritize your work so that important work should be done at first by keeping your goal in mind.
• We need to learn to live in discomfort some time if required for achieving something.

One day one spiritual leader in USA was giving speech, during speech one black person asked why all god here only white in color.

At the same time one lady asked, why all gods are male? That spiritual leader was not able to give answers to these questions.

If you analyze these questions, then you will see in Hinduism they have already answered to all these questions.

In Hinduism there is man god, there is women God, there is cow god, and all sorts of creatures are there in the form of God.

If we think little, if their God exists, he cannot be there for Man or for Women or for any specific Animals, he is there for all. So, the question is why God should look like a man or women God can be an animal also. So, this is the actual reason why Hindu have many gods as we do not know actual form of god. This is reason why Hindu pray Animals and tree also.

Anyway, by believing God in everything Hindu save nature and give respect to another creature.

Also, if you see in Hinduism there is black god, white god which means there is no discrimination based on color. But if see the god of other culture then you will see only white god, this is not correct. हिंदू धर्म में इतने सारे देवता क्यों?

 

यह सवाल कई लोगों ने अलग-अलग प्लेटफॉर्म पर पूछा है। इस सवाल का जवाब देने के लिए मैं आपको एक छोटी सी कहानी सुनाता हूं।

एक दिन संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका में एक आध्यात्मिक नेता भाषण दे रहे थे, भाषण के दौरान एक काले व्यक्ति ने पूछा कि यहां सभी भगवान केवल सफेद रंग में ही क्यों हैं।

उसी समय एक महिला ने पूछा, सभी देवता पुरुष क्यों हैं?वह आध्यात्मिक गुरु इन सवालों का जवाब नहीं दे पाया।

अगर आप इन सवालों का विश्लेषण करें तो आप देखेंगे कि हिंदू धर्म में इन सभी सवालों के जवाब वे पहले ही दे चुके हैं।

हिंदू धर्म में पुरुष भगवान है, महिला भगवान है, गाय भगवान है और सभी प्रकार के जीव भगवान के रूप में हैं।

अगर हम थोड़ा सोचते हैं, अगर भगवान मौजूद है तो वह पुरुष या महिलाओं के लिए या किसी विशिष्ट जानवर के लिए नहीं हो सकता है, वह सभी के लिए है। तो सवाल यह है कि भगवान को पुरुष या महिला की तरह क्यों दिखना चाहिए, भगवान एक जानवर भी हो सकते हैं तो यह वास्तविक कारण है कि हिंदुओं के कई देवता हैं क्योंकि हम भगवान के वास्तविक रूप को नहीं जानते हैं। यही कारण है कि हिंदू पशु और पेड़ भी प्रार्थना करते हैं।

वैसे भी हर चीज में भगवान को मानकर हिंदू प्रकृति को बचाते हैं और दूसरे प्राणी को सम्मान देते हैं

इसके अलावा अगर आप हिंदू धर्म में काले भगवान देखते हैं, सफेद भगवान यानी रंग के आधार पर कोई भेदभाव नहीं है। लेकिन अगर अन्य संस्कृति के देवता को देखें तो आपको केवल सफेद भगवान दिखाई देंगे, यह सही नहीं है। चूंकि एक शक्तिशाली सफेद व्यक्ति ने घोषणा की भगवान सफेद रंग का होगा इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि भगवान सफेद है, भगवान सभी के लिए है वह रंग भेदभाव नहीं कर सकता है।

Why is BJP getting more popularity in India?

It's very important question and we need to understand this very clearly. Let me give you clarity with help of some of the key points.

• BJP never say that they are only focus on Hindu or their agenda is to entertain the Hindu, but all of their actions are always against the communist and Muslim party.
• Congress, they have tried to give more freedom to minority to get the minority votes. As they were very much sure about getting votes of majority of Hindu majority, because they got Gandhi tag. But if we see clearly then we will see at the current time majority is completely against them because of the many long pending issues like, Article 370 and Ram Mandir. Which solved under BJP rule and hence majority will go with BJP.
• There are many small parties which are based on the particular minority like Bheem sena, AIMIM, Samajwadi party and BASPA. All these party are working for some minority and hence congress vote is getting divided.
• BJP agenda is more towards nationalism, which means they more keen towards representing Indian on high priority.
•  We have two main party in Indian which is congress and BJP, and they have PM face like Modi and Rahul Gandhi. But because of Rahul Gandhi as the face of the PM congress is not getting better vote even from their own supporters.
• You have seen the URI attack and other surgical strikes which increased the confidence of people of India toward the BJP party.
• Now many Muslims who used to vote Congress they are now voting to party like AIMIM and AAM admi party. Which makes congress a weak contender for the BJP and hence BJP is winning the election.
•  Very less corruption cases registered against BJP.
• If you see development in the northern part of Indian during BJP, then you will see a faster development.

It's looks normal to others but when we look things carefully we will see there are a lot of issue when we try to handle jobs and family together .Let me tell you some of the very common issues faced by any one along with the solutions .

1. In private jobs you will have more work and many time your mind will be too much engaged with work and your family may think that they are no more important for you. Solution :>The best solution for this issue is ,we need to talk to our family members and discuss about the kind of work you are dealing with .Because no one can understand the situation of others until they will not go through the same type of situations .
2. Many time because of your family issue and work you may not be able to work efficiently in your company ,which may be a reason why your managers and other employee may be thinking wrongly about you .Solution:>The beast solution for this is we need to talk to our managers and other employee about the your family situation , like some one is not good in family or some of your family member is ill.Look every one is good heart only , we just need to talk to them , you will see many helping hand and even your worst manager will cooperates with you .
3. Many time your other working employee and HR may raise issue for your leave , they may think that you are taking more leaves then them.Solution ->Just let them know your reason for taking leave is far more important then them.If some one is taking leave for vacation and you have taken leave for some critical family issue then no one will oppose the leave which you have applied for .
4. Hence solution for every issue is to talk to every concerned Pearson and let every one aware of your situation .keeping things inside with you will heart you and will make you weak .Remember you have only one life to live you can not think that after solving all these problem you will live your life peacefully.In life we will never be able to sort out all issue.No life is perfect ,every one has a problem , today less money then issue and tomorrow you earned more money then issue how to use that money .You will never be able to find a life stage with problem free .Yes it will be possible when your end day come and you will leave this body peacefully .
   

Why congress is losing their power in India ?What is the reason for BJP coming in Power.

First we will understand the reason why the congress is losing strength in India. The PM candidate is not worthy : In congress they have also many talented leaders they are well educated and they can give a better plan for development of India .But the problem is popularity , none of them is accepted by people of India as the leader of the country .I am giving you one example if you will be able to remember your school day they you have seen monitor of the class , it was never mandatory that monitor will be topper of class or very intelligent in study , but he should be able to convince the people and people need to follow him .In the same way congress does not have any face to whom people can follow . Support to many anti national elements : There are many events happens where the congress party given their support to those who were facing anti national charges .It may be possible with doing support they pretend to show their secularism but the people come up with antinational charges .You can google they have supported to many .Many time they were silent over anti national element that was also one of the reason .People can adjust with economical development but if they feel that your ideology is against the majority of community then it is very hard to come back into power again . Small party taken votes : There are many small party like AAP and AIMIM they taken attracted most of the supporters of the congress .Becase the main ideology of congress is about secularism and congress entertain minority like Muslims and other religious party .Here AAP come with the same concept and they taken the votes of congress , in the same way the AIMIM also taken many muslim votes . Powerful candidate of PM: BJP has a very powerful face for the PM candidate which is Narendra Modi .Narendra Modi is not any scholar but he came from low to up so his confidence is always high as he knows that he is not going to lose anything .he is able to connect with the people of the country. BJP has a national agenda and they say about the Akhand Bharat this is also in their manifesto .They have also able to resolve many cases like RAM Mandir and 370 of kashmir which was issue for many years which influence many people of country .

लोग अपने गाँव जाने की कोशिश क्यों कर रहे हैं?

• बहुत से लोग श्रमिकों और प्रवासियों से कह रहे हैं कि उन्हें अपने गाँव नहीं जाना चाहिए। लेकिन हमें यहाँ महत्वपूर्ण बिंदु को समझने की आवश्यकता है। यह संभव हो सकता है कि कुछ स्थानों पर सरकार और अन्य गैर सरकारी संगठन जरूरतमंदों को भोजन उपलब्ध करा रहे हैं, लेकिन यह संभव है कि कई महिलाएं गर्भवती हो सकती हैं और उन्हें भोजन की तुलना में कई चीजों की आवश्यकता होती है। हर कोई भोजन की पेशकश करने की कोशिश कर रहा है। यह संभव है कि वहाँ जन्मे बच्चे को अलग-अलग भोजन की आवश्यकता हो, फिर माँ का दूध, यह संभव है कि माँ पर्याप्त दूध का उत्पादन करने में सक्षम न हो।
• यह संभव है कि राज्य और केंद्र सरकार उन्हें भोजन और सुरक्षा के लिए सुनिश्चित करने में सक्षम नहीं है।
• कई प्रवासी और मजदूर सोच रहे होंगे कि वे इस कोरोना से मर सकते हैं और यहां मरने के बजाय हमें अपने परिवार के साथ मरना चाहिए।
• देखिए, यह संभव है कि कुछ लोगों के पिता माता बूढ़े हों और उन्हें अपने बेटे और बेटी की मदद की ज़रूरत हो और अगर उनका बेटा और बेटी नहीं होंगे तो वे बुरे नतीजों का सामना कर सकते हैं।
  तो उस स्थिति में कई लोगों ने अपने परिवार के लिए 1000 किमी तक पैदल चलने का फैसला किया।
  अन्यथा, अगर सब कुछ ठीक है तो लोग इतनी लंबी दूरी तक क्यों चलेंगे।
• जो लोग दैनिक आधार पर कमा रहे थे और उनके पास रहने के लिए घर नहीं था, उन्हें भ्रमित किया जाता था कि कहां रहना है और क्या खाना है, इसलिए उस स्थिति में घर जाना विकल्प था।
  

सरकार प्रवासियों और मजदूरों को संभालने में क्यों विफल रही?

• पहला कारण उचित डेटा की कमी था। सरकारी अधिकारियों को यह पता नहीं है कि कितने प्रवासी हैं।
  क्योंकि कई अंशकालिक और दैनिक आधारित श्रमिक भी थे। और उस कर्मचारी के लिए जो कंपनी के लिए काम कर रहा था, उन्हें कुछ सहायता मिली लेकिन उन श्रमिकों के बारे में क्या जो दैनिक आधार पर काम कर रहे थे।
• शासन वास्तव में घर जाने की जरूरत वाले व्यक्ति की पहचान करने में सक्षम नहीं था।
  क्योंकि बहुत से लोग उसके और उसके परिवार के लिए बहुत बड़ी निर्भरता रखते थे और अगर वे परिवार से लंबे समय तक दूर रहते हैं तो उनके परिवार को कुछ बुरी स्थितियों का सामना करना पड़ सकता है।
• आप जानते हैं कि भारत की जनसंख्या बहुत अधिक है, इसलिए इसे नियंत्रण में रखने की आवश्यकता है अन्यथा ऐसी कोई भी स्थिति दुनिया के किसी भी प्रशासन द्वारा पूरी तरह से नहीं संभाली जा सकती। भारी जनसंख्या को नियंत्रित करना कोई आसान काम नहीं है।

प्रवासी श्रमिकों को संभालने और उनके जीवन को बचाने के लिए हम क्या कर सकते थे?

• देखिए, करोड़ों लोगों को प्रबंधित करना बहुत बड़ी बात है। इसे एक शीर्ष रणनीति की आवश्यकता है और आप दो या तीन दिनों में अच्छी रणनीति नहीं बना सकते हैं क्योंकि बहुत से टिंग हैं जिन्हें संभालने की आवश्यकता है और सरकार ने पाया कि कोरोना बहुत तेजी से बढ़ रहा था इसलिए वे लेते हैं त्वरित निर्णय।लेकिन वे इस निर्णय को बहुत पहले ले सकते थे क्योंकि भारत इटली और जर्मनी की तरह नहीं है और हमारे पास बहुत बड़ी आबादी है। और उनमें से ज्यादातर गरीब हैं इसलिए भारत को उचित योजना के साथ पहले से लॉक अप लागू करना चाहिए था।
• इंसान के रूप में हम कुछ किलोमीटर के लिए 2 से 3 लोगों के लिए कारों में लिफ्ट देकर लोगों की मदद कर सकते थे।हम इसे बाइक से भी कर सकते थे। मैंने किसी को भी लिफ्ट देते नहीं देखा, हर एक वीडियो बना रहा था।मैंने देखा कि बहुत से लोग महिलाओं का वीडियो बना रहे थे और वह अपनी गोद में बच्चे को ले कर अपने घर के रास्ते पर जा रही थी और बाइक और कार पर बैठे लोग वीडियो बना रहे थे। वे 10-20 केलोमीटर तक लिफ्ट दे सकते थे।तो, बस सरकार को हर उस चीज के लिए दोषी न ठहराएं जिसके लिए हम भी जिम्मेदार हैं।
  

Why migrants are facing problem ,who is responsible .Corona lockdown.

You have heard people dying from corona , but many people are dying during moving from one city to their home city.We will focus and try to answer few question and answers .

Why people are trying to go their  villages?

• Many people are saying to workers and to migrants that they should not go to their village.But we need to understand the important point here.It may be possible that some places government and other NGO are providing food to needy ,but it is possible that many women may be pregnant and they need many things more than the food .Everyone is trying to offer food .It is possible there born baby who need different food then mother milk , it is possible that mother is not able to produce enough milk for her baby.
• It is also possible that state and central government is not able to ensure them for food and security.
• Many migrants and labors may be thinking that they may die from this corona and instead of dying here let us die with our family.
• See, it is possible that some peoples father mother are old and they need help of their son and daughter and if their son and daughter will not be there then they can face bad consequences .So in that case many people decided to go by walking for 1000 km for their family .Otherwise ,if everything is  fine then why people will walk such long distance.
• People who were earning on the daily basis and they do not have house to live they got  confuse as where to live and what to eat , so in that condition going home was based options.
  

Why government failed to handle migrants and laborers?

• First reason was lack of proper data.Government does not have idea that how many migrants are there.Because there  was many part time and daily based workers also.And for the employee who was working as for company they got some support but what about those workers who was working on the daily basis.
• Government was not really able to identify the one who really need to go home.Because many people were having huge dependency for his and her family and if they stay long away from family their family may face some bad situations.
• You know that the population of India is very high , so this need to be in control it otherwise any such situation can not be handle perfectly by any government of the world.To control huge population is not an easy task.
  

What we could have done to handle migrant workers and save their lives?

• See ,it's very big thing to manage crores of people .It need a top strategy and you can not make good strategy in two or three days because there are many tings which need to be handle and government found corona was growing very faster so they take quick decisions.But they could have taken this decisions little earlier because India is not like Italy and Germany we have huge populations .And most of them are poor so India should have implemented lock down earlier with proper planing.
• As human being we could have helped people by giving lift in  cars for 2 to 3 people for few kilometer .We could have done it by bikes also.I have not seen any one giving any lift , every one was just making video.I saw many people was making video of a women and she was taking  baby in her arms and moving on the way to her home and people on seating on Bikes and Cars were making videos.They could have given lift for 10-20 kilometers.So ,simply do not blame government for everything we are also responsible for this.

How government can save jobs in Corona crisis?

Today world is going through a very dangerous situations.Along with Corona Virus there is another issue increasing  currently which is unemployment issue.There is a solution to handle unemployment and it is called Kurzarbeit. Kurzarbeit are way of dealing unemployment in Germany.
Let us understand some of its facts.

• According to the German government if any company are not able to do any business and are stop getting any income they that company need to apply to the German government for this.
• German government will take the details of the employee of the company and government will pay for 67% and 60% of salary of the employee.
• Now here 60% salary for the unmarried and 67% for the married with family.So if you see here Government of Germany is very fair , as they know that a married person has more responsibility and they need more money and they respect this.
• There other country like Italy and France they too have some policy for this but not very common.
• Any company which is not earning anything and if they do not have money,
   in such case company will not be able to pay their employee and it will ask them leave the jobs.Because company has to pay medical , pf, pension for their employee.But if for certain period of time government will pay for that in that case company will not required to ask their employee to leave the jobs.
• Many of us may think why we can not implement same technique for India also to save jobs?See Germany is a very small country and they have very small population and most of them are employed.India is high population country and every one is not employed also so if government will pay for employed people then there chances that many people will not get benefit of government policy.Also Germany have all the big company manufacturing hubs, so the government is already getting too much of tax from their people.
• Still India government can make some plan for it, because if Company can pay huge tax to government during earning period , it is government responsibility to pay to company during bad time of company so that they can pay to their employee.please share your view on this topic

आज दुनिया बहुत खतरनाक स्थितियों से गुजर रही है। कोरोना वायरस के साथ वर्तमान में एक और मुद्दा बढ़ रहा है जो बेरोजगारी का मुद्दा है। यह बेरोजगारी को संभालने के लिए एक समाधान है और इसे कुर्जरबैट कहा जाता है। कुरजैरबेत जर्मनी में बेरोजगारी से निपटने का एक तरीका है।
आइये इसके कुछ तथ्यों को समझते हैं।

• जर्मन सरकार के अनुसार यदि कोई भी कंपनी कोई व्यवसाय करने में सक्षम नहीं है और उन्हें कोई आय नहीं मिल रही है तो उन्हें उस कंपनी को जर्मन सरकार के लिए आवेदन करना होगा।

• कोई भी कंपनी जो कुछ भी नहीं कमा रही है और अगर उनके पास पैसा नहीं है, ऐसे मामले में कंपनी अपने कर्मचारी को भुगतान करने में सक्षम नहीं होगी और यह उन्हें नौकरियों को छोड़ने के लिए कहेगा।क्योंकि कंपनी को अपने कर्मचारी के लिए चिकित्सा, पीएफ, पेंशन का भुगतान करना पड़ता है। लेकिन अगर कुछ समय के लिए सरकार भुगतान करेगी तो उस स्थिति में कंपनी को अपने कर्मचारी को नौकरी छोड़ने के लिए कहने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी।
• हम में से बहुत से लोग सोच सकते हैं कि हम भारत को नौकरी बचाने के लिए एक ही तकनीक क्यों नहीं लागू कर सकते हैं? देखें जर्मनी बहुत छोटा देश है और उनकी जनसंख्या बहुत कम है और उनमें से अधिकांश कार्यरत हैं। भारत उच्च जनसंख्या वाला देश है और हर एक को रोजगार नहीं मिला है। इसलिए भी यदि सरकार नियोजित लोगों के लिए भुगतान करेगी तो संभावना है कि बहुत से लोगों को सरकारी नीति का लाभ नहीं मिलेगा। जर्मनी के पास सभी बड़ी कंपनियों के हब हैं, इसलिए सरकार को पहले ही अपने लोगों से बहुत अधिक टैक्स मिल रहा है।
• फिर भी भारत सरकार इसके लिए कुछ योजना बना सकती है, क्योंकि अगर कंपनी कमाई की अवधि के दौरान शासन को भारी कर दे सकती है, तो कंपनी के बुरे समय के दौरान कंपनी को भुगतान करना सरकार की जिम्मेदारी है ताकि वे अपने कर्मचारी को भुगतान कर सकें।
