Branching Strategies:

If you want to have a smooth development cycle than you must have a good branching Strategies. A good Branching strategies helps team to develop their codes without any conflicts and while pushing for release  . Changes to the branch don't affect other developers until the developer or team has tested the changes and decides to merge the code. Developers can still pull down changes from other developers to collaborate on features and ensure their private branch doesn’t diverge too far from the main code line. different organizations uses different branching strategies  but there are few very frequent way to do branching , they are given below .

1. No branching Strategies:In this case there will not be any branch all developers will work on the same central repository and they can merge their branches with central branches after proper testing.This type of strategies mostly followed in smaller team were internal testing is very good and all developers are working in sync .
   
   For any larger team this strategies will work very well , because if any bug and issue will be there in any merge it will be very hard to fixed it and find the proper solution for it . Many time it take too much time to release a small feature . Any larger team or team which seats globally should avoid this strategies .
2.  Release Branching: This strategies is most common , in this strategies there will be a release branch taken from live branch that may be master branch , and all developers will work on this branch till next release . Only problem with this branch if scrum go longer than two week than it will be very hard to manage .We should only go with if we have very smaller release and scrum should be of 2 week maximum .
   This strategy is most commonly used in waterfall and Scrummerfall development processes.
3. Feature Branching:This branching strategies are very good for faster and smoother development cycles . In this every developers makes a branch with name of their feature for example user_name , and once testing done with this branch developer can merge their branches with master branch.Again if proper understanding not maintained during development this strategies can also be go like Release branching , if time for release go very longer and changes are getting bigger and bigger.
4. Story or Task Branching:In this every branch is associated with a task on id , which means managers can divide story into multiple branches and can with associate each branch with some task of any big story.In this strategies managers can release very frequently as he can divide task into smallest part and can assign this task to some branch . These branches are completely independent of other task so can be independently releases .

 Merging Strategies

1. Merging is very important in git , as many time because of code conflict features did not reflect properly and testers keep blaming , and this could lead to delay in already developed features .merging can be done by mutual code review .Many organization try to make more and more repose and smaller code as in such situations there are very less possibility for code conflict .In some cases developers keep updating their work within the team  so that others will aware of upcoming conflict.

   Some basic tricks to merge branches and code:

   1.  Suppose there are many commits  on the branch which we are planning to merge and many of the commits are not clear .
      Solution .we can use cherry pick also in cherry pick we go to the git commit logs and select the the commit id’s and merge those id’s with with branch.
      Let's take an example,
      Master branch =>master
      Feature branch=>feature_branch
      Git checkout feature_branch
      git log --author="Jon"
      Log1_id
      Log2_id
      Log3_id
      Here we are looking at each commit of user Jon and we can ask him to which commit need to go live and which one not .
      Next things we need to do cherry-pick
      git checkout master
      Git cherry-pick Log1_id
      Git cherry_pick Log2_id
      And here we have merged two logs.

जब लोग बीमारी से या किसी दुर्घटना से मर जाते हैं, जब तक यह ठीक नहीं होता है। लेकिन जब आपका प्यार आप के लिए मर रहा है और आप इसके लिए कुछ भी नहीं कर सकते हैं, तो यह बिल्कुल भी स्वीकार्य नहीं है।
मेरी राय के अनुसार #nishish ने आधुनिक युग में #zero काम किया। बिहार में हर साल बाढ़ आती है, बहुत सारे लोग और जानवर बाढ़ में फंस जाते हैं, बहुत सारे लोग मारे गए। सरकार को इन लगातार बाढ़ की समस्याओं से लड़ने के लिए एक बेहतर जल निकासी प्रणाली की योजना बनानी चाहिए। बिहार के कई शहरों में पानी की कमी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, सरकार को एक ड्रेनेज सिस्टम बनाने की योजना बनानी चाहिए जो दोनों क्षेत्र की मदद करे।

सरकार वहां बेहतर रहन-सहन का माहौल नहीं बना पा रही है, इस वजह से कई कुशल लोग बिहार से जा रहे हैं। अगर हम अन्य राज्यों जैसे केरल, आंध्र, तमिलनाडु की तुलना करें तो उनकी सरकार अपने लोगों और पर्यावरण की बहुत चिंता करती है। बिहार में बुनियादी सुविधाओं का अभाव है। बिहार में लोग सरकारी नौकरी के लिए साल-दर-साल खर्च करते हैं। सरकार को बिहार में मूल मुद्दे को देखना चाहिए।
पेटीएम, बॉलीवुड और अन्य राज्यों ने अन्य सभी राज्यों में बाढ़ के लिए मदद की, लेकिन वे बिहार बाढ़ के बारे में ज्यादा चिंतित नहीं हैं। बिहार के लोगों को अपने राज्य को बेहतर बनाने के लिए सोचना चाहिए और कड़ी मेहनत करनी चाहिए ताकि आपको भी उतना ही महत्व मिलेगा।

Floods and flash floods are not new to Bihar. In 2019,2017,2007, 2008 and 2004 the state was in the news for having the “worst flood ever”,every one is keep blaming to government and system. According to official estimates, floods have claimed more then 6,028 lives in Bihar since 2000.
When people die by illness or by any accident till it is fine.But when your love one is dying in front of you and you can not able to anything for it , it is not acceptable at all .
As per my opinion #nitish Kumar did #zero work in modern era. Each and every year flood came in Bihar, lots of people and animals are stuck in flood, lots of people died. Government should have planned a better drainage system to fight with these frequent flood problems. Many cities in Bihar are facing water shortage government should plan to make a drainage system which help both the area.
Some people are living on #railwaystation during #flood. But I am asking you all bihar people who is responsible for this?
Our answers will be public and bihar government have not a technical skills
Government should control this issue for creating a long long dam in a sequence we have to restore the water in dam
These water will be use in agriculture purposes and electricity generation purposes.
Government is not able to create better living environment there, because of that many skilled people are moving from Bihar .If we compare other states like Kerala , Andhra , Tamilnadu their government is very much concerned about their people and environment . Bihar lack infrastructure. People in Bihar spending years and years for government jobs .Government should see the root issue in Bihar.Paytm , Bollywood and others states helped for flood to all other states , but they are not that much of concerned about Bihar flood .Bihar people should think and work harder to make their state better so that you will also get equally importance.

hello friends ,how are you, i am hoping that you all are good . Today we are going to discuss a very new topic which RCS ,before you read this blog please note that RCS has still (as of May 2019) not been adopted by many networks in India(only Jio as per my information) . So before we start into brief discussion let us understand few things . We have seen in last 10-5 years software technology has grown rapidly and many new things came in market , like Watsapp and messengers so all these technologies has completely replaced SMS systems . So it was actually huge loss for telecom companies . Because people started using watsapp and messengers as sms . Reason why people got attracted towards Watsapp and messangers , It provide a way to send video , pics and docs very easily.  But agin a very new kind of technology is under development called RCS(Rich Communication Services) ,it will provide a way to send docs , pics and video easily by simple SMS sysytem . Remember it has already adapted by many telecom company like jio ,it will work on your phone if you are using jio sim , but problem is others all telecome companies are not using RCS technology , So sending multimedia messages are only possible for both side if both sides are RCS enable SIMs . Now how RCS will be better option then using Watsapp and messengers ? See in case of RCS enabled SIM,  we do not required to install any app like Watsapp and messengers , so we are able save memories space of our mobiles . Since there are some issues going on it will take some time to come with full fledge .
Now some technical key points , you have heard about chat bot many times , so basically when you give any message to any app like email , Facebook Watsapp they have some robot which will give you an auto reply but in case of mobile SMS system it can not be possible to setup any robot to give you auto messages . So with the help of RCS API system one can develop robot which will internally communicate with RCS API system and will give user understandable messages . Hello friends , we are going to discussed Internet of Things. We have used internet on mobile , desktop and Tablets , but what about using internet on your physical devices like on bike , fan and Freeze . Suppose you are going to market and you forget to buy milk, in this case what if your freeze gives you a notification to you to buy  milk , then it will be very good . So the main question is how freeze can give any kind of notification on you mobile phone ? Obviously , your freeze is connected to Internet . In the same way suppose you are going out of the town and you forget to switch off your Fan or Bulbs ,then what you will do? So here returning back for this is not a wise idea , again if your Fan or Bulb is connected to Internet you can switch off all these stuff with help of Internet . So basically doing all these things from Internet is nothing but , Internet of Things .The Internet of things (IoT) is the extension of Internet connectivity into physical devices and everyday objects. Embedded with electronics, Internet connectivity, and other forms of hardware (such as sensors), these devices can communicate and interact with others over the Internet, and they can be remotely monitored and controlled. An IoT consists of web-enabled smart devices that use processors, sensors and communication hardware to collect and  send information .Now how It's works  , suppose any device is there and on particular temperature it will give a particular kind of notifications . Many time a device can give signals to another device. Although , there are few challenges in front of Industries . Take an example of Washing Machine and water supply motor . Both of them can be manufactured by two different company . Suppose any company wants to develop any IOT system to establish any communication between washing machine and motor but if an unique standard will not followed by these company who are making washing machine and motor then any party need to developed a separate king of IOT for each company . I mean you need to develop IOT differently for motor and washing machines. As IEEE understand importance of IOT in the coming years , it started working on making things in standard way , so that it will be easy to connect any company device to any other company devices . It has many projects are going on. Why don’t we have online voting system?Which country have Online voting system? so this is our today topic .In India most of youths are working far away from their home town ,they can not come down to their home town just for casting their votes. For example a person from Jharkhand can not travel from Chennai to Jharkhand just to cast his or her vote .It will cost money and time both . Second thing people needed to stand in queue to cast their votes. So if there will be Online voting system then every one can cast their votes easily . Now there are many people and politicians who are not supporting even EVM so how we can expect online voting. Estonia this country has been using online voting for quite sometime now(2009 onwards). The whole country is nearly 100% “Online”. From filling taxes to paying rent everything is online. They have good internet speeds and also they have made a robust system to vote online, as they claim. So question is why they are successful in  online voting system. See they created a better infrastructure for it .In India every one can not afford fast Internet system ,also many people are even not using internet .But question is we can create both type of voting system .
Those who are capable to cast their vote online they will vote online and those who are not able to vote online they will vote  offline. We are making online payment we are doing many things online so why can not we vote online. See biggest benefit of online voting system is , the youths and most of educated people who understand value of their vote and one who can recognise better political party and to individual members easily , are not able to cast their votes.This may looks not good to you but one day online voting will be common in India , only thing required is a better infrastructure.Till now I have only talked about good points of Online voting , now lets talk some negative points .Any one can pay to other for their vote , because both voter and the person who is paying to vote his party are in the same room . But in case of Offline voting ,even some one pays some ,still one can vote to other candidates because there is no proof that for which party that person has voted for. Second negative point about online voting is , you can not claim for which party you have voted, any software engineer can change the data easily . Still government can find some way to conduct online voting or government can create some way to vote even you are far away from your hometown.

Will automation be good or bad for people's lives in the future?It's a very big question which is going on every where . See automation means creating something which make our life easier .Around 200-300 years ago , when a king required to send any message to another king he used to send a messenger, slowly we got post man who can pick letters for all and can drop. But now we have email , watsapp ,Facebook , so do you think that messengers and post man lost their jobs ?No , Now Facebook ,Gmail ,and WatsApp created lakhs of jobs,Internet based company provides lots of Jobs . So basically what happens here our requirement increased now every one need faster services so more people are their who need services.  We can send mail to any one in 1 second . Now what that person will do who used to worked as post man , he will find another job , may be he can start his own cyber cafe or he can start doing job in Internet technology , but he need to upgrade.In the same way .Now suppose you hired a person for sending mail to your clients and business partners , so tomorrow we will get another kind of automated tool which will automatically send mail to every one on a scheduled time . So here another person is losing job . So all I wanted to tell you automation is good it makes our life better and faster ,but again it depends on the level of automation. If it's in line with what we've seen historically, and see today, it won't have a lot of an effect. But there area a couple of areas that change that paradigm . Let me tell you few more examples . You have seen camera man in old days , they used to take pictures and we keep safe those pictures . In todays world still camera man exists , but they make pictures more beautiful so jobs never less ,always there another jobs.Many peoples are living in fear that  automation can kill jobs , But it generates another kind of skilled jobs with better possibility. If you asked grand father or Father, what problem they used to faced to withdraw money from banks by standing in queue ,At the current time you simply go to ATM and withdraw your money. Automation definitely makes jobs complex jobs simpler and faster so the total produce in a country will increase. Because of more available goods and less manpower required, chances are that the price of goods produced will be cheaper. Before beginning to start my view on this topic , i would like to tell , this is my personal view and my own idea , it may not look great to you, but at the same time you are free to put your view on the issue   . We debate further on issue. Most of the dreams over 90% is unfulfilled desire ,Because you do not have controls over desires , desires are playing with you, anything that you see,  you desire to get that , you do not pursuit and do not give efforts for it but you wish to get it . Everything that you desire can not full filled , but if we truly desire for it we need to work for it.  Actually once you desire something you are investing your energy in that direction . For examples , suppose you saw an famous actor, and now you want  to become a actor like him . you saw a cricketer playing good cricket, many people are cheering for him , now you are again wishing to become a cricketer like him . So constantly your mind is going in many direction, it is not in one direction so mind is going into meaning less thoughts . Have you ever  noticed, if you pay attention on certain direction at that time all these thoughts disappear from your mind ,because you have invested your mind in certain direction  . So dream is happening simply because your mind is constantly scattered  around with . all desires  can not full fill so you are working extra time in night to full fill them in fantasy way .We do not have any 100% information of dream process ,all we are doing is our own predictions , but which looks logical we follow that only. There are many scientist are claiming that , when we sleep in night , basically, everything that stimulates our senses during the day (tastes, sounds, faces, etc) is stored in the left-hand side of the brain.When we go to sleep, than brain work on these data . Items which are already in the more permanent store on the right side (like a friend’s face) have the day’s memory added to them,In short ,Brain clear disc or transfer data from disk to main memory, so that tomorrow your brain have enough space , to hold new data in disk.Disk is the place where all calculaton , manipulations and everything which is happenings , so it needed to clean .So during this data transfer process some problems occurs and Dreams happens .
