There are various
food which could help in our hair growths ,if we follow strictly
these diet , we can make our hair strong and long.people
mostly take many medicine to prevent hair fall ,but by taking any
medicine problem can be solved for short term ,because medicine
provide few vitamine which needed to stop hair fall. Medicine also
have some side effects as well.so if we want to make our hair we need
to take below things in our diet.

Salmon: This is a type of fish ,it contains Vitamin-D and protein ,which strongly protects hair fall .It also contains omega-3 fatty acids which promote hair growth by keeping our scalf healthy.You can find these fish in any fish market.
- Yellow Peppers: Yellow bell peppers are very rich in Vitamin C , it has 5 times more Vitamin C than Orange , Since Vitamin C is antioxidant , and an antioxidant makes our hair stronger ,also it prevents from hair fall.

- Sunflower Seeds: For faster hair growth it is very crucial, Because of Lack of Vitamin E, flow of blood in our head get reduce . So to increase the Vitamin E we can take small drop of Sunflower Seeds.
- Sweet Potatoes: We also need Vitamin A for our hair , now days there are lots of medicine available to full fill vitamin A, but taking high dose of Any medicine for Vitamin A will harm our body , so Sweet Potatoes is very help ful to increase Vitamin A in Our Body.
- Almonds: You want to see your hair growth faster ,you can use Almond ,it has also high amount of biotin.

are few ways to make hair stronger, at the same time we need to
prevent few things to avoid hair fall.
