There was a very greedy Farmer in a village , name of that farmer was Dina , He was always thinking to become rich .One day a very rich business man came to the Din's village , that person offer a very interesting proposal to village people . business man said, any one person who will measure longest distance by walking or by running , all that land covered by him/her by running will be given to him. Another condition was he or she can measure this land  before sunset and person required to come back to same location from where he started running . So many people started measuring land by running , some people was able to measure 15 km ,some did around 10 km some did 12 km . Now Dina was also in list to measure land , Dina was thinking how to measure more than 15 km , because only one person could wind this challenge ,and that would be one who will run maxim . So Dina was thinking to run more than 25 Km and come back on the same location and all those land will be mine . Now Dina started running , after running 3 hours he tired , so decided to take some rest , again after 10 minutes of rest and breakfast , he decided to run again , as 26 km was running in Dina mind .He again started running , so by 11 AP he was about to cover 18 km , He was getting tired , his body was denying to run more but his mind was forcing Dina to run more , somehow he cover 25 km of distance , and at that time time was around 12 PM , Now Dina was Thinking if he will return from here He may not get any inch of land because already one person has covered 25 km . So Dina thought to cover 1 km more so that this distance will be final. At this moment Dina legs was not giving supports to Dina , His legs was moving here and there and finally Dina covered 26 km of distance , now time was to return to the same place from where he started running .He started coming back but he was not able to run faster and time was moving faster , So the time was around 4 PM and he required to run 9 km to reach the same location from were he started , Dina need to reach in 2 hours as sunset was about to happen. Now Dina was very unstable from body ,  He was about to reach time was around 5:30 and 2 km more needed . When he was around 500 miter away from his destination he fall down on the ground , his wife and people of village came to see him , they found Dina was Die . Finally they buried Dina on the same place on the land of   7 feet . It was very sad story but we can learn many things from it .Please share your experience of this story .

नमस्कार दोस्तों कैसे हैं आप, आज मैं आपको एक बहुत ही प्रेरक कहानी बताऊंगा, मैं आपसे इसे अंत तक पढ़ने का अनुरोध करता हूं। एक लड़का था जिसका नाम अजय था, वह बचपन के दिनों में पढ़ाई में बहुत कमजोर था, इसलिए जब वह 24 साल की उम्र में पहुंच गया और वह अभी भी विश्वास कर रहा था कि वह कई क्षेत्रों में कमजोर है। एक दिन अजय एक हाथी शिविर के माध्यम से चल रहा था, और उसने देखा कि हाथी पिंजरों में नहीं रखे जा रहे थे या जंजीरों के इस्तेमाल से पकड़े गए थे। हाथी का एक पैर एक कमजोर रस्सी से बंधा था। और अगर हाथी ने किसी भी समय कोशिश की तो वह उस रस्सी को तोड़ सकता है।

जैसा कि अजय ने हाथियों पर नज़र डाली, वह पूरी तरह से उलझन में था कि हाथियों ने रस्सी को तोड़ने और शिविर से बचने के लिए अपनी ताकत का इस्तेमाल क्यों नहीं किया। वे आसानी से ऐसा कर सकते थे, लेकिन इसके बजाय उन्होंने बिल्कुल भी कोशिश नहीं की।

"जब वे बहुत छोटे और बहुत छोटे होते हैं तो हम उन्हें बाँधने के लिए एक ही आकार की कमजोर रस्सी का उपयोग करते हैं, यह इस तरह की रस्सी की मदद से उन्हें पकड़ना पर्याप्त है, क्योंकि उन दिनों के दौरान वे भी कमजोर थे। जैसे-जैसे वे बड़े होते हैं, उन्हें विश्वास होता है कि वे टूट नहीं सकते। उनका मानना ​​है कि रस्सी अभी भी उन्हें पकड़ सकती है, इसलिए वे कभी भी मुफ्त तोड़ने की कोशिश नहीं करते हैं। इसलिए मूल रूप से यह उनकी स्मृति में रहता है कि इन रस्सियों को नहीं तोड़ सकते ”

Hello friends how are you , today i will tell you a very motivational story , i request you to read it till end.There was a boy whose name was Ajay ,he was he was very weak at study during his childhood day's , so when he reached at age of 24 and he was still believing that he is weak at many area.One day Ajay  was walking through an elephant camp, and he spotted that the elephants weren’t being kept in cages or held by the use of chains. Elephant one leg was tied to one weak rope . And if elephant tried at any time he can break that rope.
As the Ajay gazed upon the elephants, he was completely confused as to why the elephants didn’t just use their strength to break the rope and escape the camp. They could easily have done so, but instead they didn’t try to at all.
Curious and wanting to know the answer, he asked a trainer nearby why the elephants were just standing there and never tried to escape.
The trainer smiled and replied;
“when they are very young and much smaller we use the same size weak rope to tie them , it’s enough to hold them with help of these kind of rope, because during those days they were also weak. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free. So basically it is resides in their memory that than can not break these ropes”
The only reason that the elephants weren’t breaking free and escaping from the camp was because over time they adopted the belief that it just wasn’t possible.
Moral of the story: No matter how much the world tries to hold you back, always continue with the belief that what you want to achieve is possible. Believing you can become successful is the most important step in actually achieving it. Ajay understand truth of life , he realised that one should not believe that you can not be able to do something because , in past you were not able may be today you are capable to do it.

As we all know,Birbal was very intelligent , Birbal was not only Emperor Akbar’s favourite minister but also a minister dearly loved by most of the commoners, because of his ready wit and wisdom. People from other states used to come to Birbal for getting good advise .  However, there was a group of ministers and staffs that were jealous of his growing popularity and disliked him intensely ,they always thinking to harm Birbal in any way. They outwardly showered him with praise and compliments, but on the inside, they did not like Birbal at all.One day they approached the king’s barber with a plan. As the barber was extremely close to the king, they asked him to help them get rid of Birbal permanently.They offer a huge some of money to barber for becoming the part of their plan . Barber got ready doing everything according to plan.The next time the king required his services, the barber started a conversation about the emperor’s father who he also used to serve. He sang praises of his fine, silky-smooth hair. And then as an afterthought, he asked the king that as he was enjoying such great prosperity, had he made an attempt to do anything for the welfare of his ancestors?The king was furious at such impertinent stupidity and told the barber that it was not possible to do anything because they were already dead. The barber mentioned that he knew of a magician who could come of help. The magician could send a person up to heaven to enquire about his father’s welfare. But of course this person would have to be chosen carefully; he would have to be intelligent enough to follow the magician’s instructions as well as make on-the-spot decisions. He must be wise, intelligent and responsible. The barber then suggested the best person for the job – the wisest of all ministers, Birbal.The King likes idea of barber .The Barber explained how it will works ,The barber explained that Birbal will sit on fire and with help of few magic he will directly go to the heaven . Finally king called to Birbal and explained everything ,Birbal understand this idea must be from some of his enemy, Birbal asked who given this good idea , Akbar said , barber ,Birbal said to King I am ready to do all these on 2 condition , first one is give me some huge amount of money and 1 month of time to settle my family . King agreed .So Birbal created a Tunnel upto his house from fire place . After one moth when they putted Birbal on fire , Birbal disappear from that tunnel. He disappeared into his house where he hid for a few months while his hair and beard grew long and unruly.In the meantime, his enemies were enjoying as they thought that Birbal has died and he will never come back.  Then one day after many, months Birbal arrived at the palace with news of the king’s father. The king was extremely pleased to see him and ready with a barrage of questions. Birbal told the king that his father was in the best condition and provided all comfort except one. Akbar asked what is lacking .Birbal answered that there were no barbers in heaven, which is why even he was forced to grow his own beard. He said that his father had asked for a good barber.So the king decided to send his own barber to serve his father in heaven. He called both the barber and the magician to prepare to send him to heaven. The barber could say absolutely nothing in his own defence as he was caught in his own trap.

There was a very wise king , one day king given a requirement to his staff to hire one guard for night job , they putted poster for above requirement , many people came for job finally one person Raju got selected for that job, One day in night  he shaw one dream that there was a havoc and disaster in a village Rampur , morning he come to know that king was going to Rampur he told about his dream to staffs , Staff discuss this with queen . Now queen ask to king not to go that village today and told about Raju dream , after long discussion king agree , but he told that if there will not be any havoc, disaster, and earthquake today, then  tomorrow morning Raju will get death penalty.
