Today world is going through a very dangerous situations.Along with Corona Virus there is another issue increasing  currently which is unemployment issue.There is a solution to handle unemployment and it is called Kurzarbeit. Kurzarbeit are way of dealing unemployment in Germany.
Let us understand some of its facts.

• According to the German government if any company are not able to do any business and are stop getting any income they that company need to apply to the German government for this.
• German government will take the details of the employee of the company and government will pay for 67% and 60% of salary of the employee.
• Now here 60% salary for the unmarried and 67% for the married with family.So if you see here Government of Germany is very fair , as they know that a married person has more responsibility and they need more money and they respect this.
• There other country like Italy and France they too have some policy for this but not very common.
• Any company which is not earning anything and if they do not have money,
   in such case company will not be able to pay their employee and it will ask them leave the jobs.Because company has to pay medical , pf, pension for their employee.But if for certain period of time government will pay for that in that case company will not required to ask their employee to leave the jobs.
• Many of us may think why we can not implement same technique for India also to save jobs?See Germany is a very small country and they have very small population and most of them are employed.India is high population country and every one is not employed also so if government will pay for employed people then there chances that many people will not get benefit of government policy.Also Germany have all the big company manufacturing hubs, so the government is already getting too much of tax from their people.
• Still India government can make some plan for it, because if Company can pay huge tax to government during earning period , it is government responsibility to pay to company during bad time of company so that they can pay to their employee.please share your view on this topic

1. There is not any fixed destination for success , where once you reached you will feel you are successful. Its always the journey of your life, the journey through which you are going if it is giving of pleasant feeling then destination is not that much important.suppose you want to become a very rich person, and you pended your 50 years to become rich person and during this 50 years you lived worst life.So this success is not really a success.
2. So if you want to become successful first you need to understand what is you capability , what you can do and what you can not do.For example many people are preparing for IAS and IPS and many people are copying them blindly .But for those who really wanted to become IAS and IPS they are enjoying the preparation and challenges but those just making copy of them they will ruin their career .Remember without any powerful motivation you can not achieve these goals.
3. There are many people who thinks that if they will earn too much money they will be successful , but the true success is the peace of mind .So we need to focus on the peace of mind , we need money for a good life but if you are only living to earn money then this is not a successful life.
4. You go outside and watch to the rich people driving BMW cars ,look into their eyes, do they really happy? with all the BMW and too much money.No even you can be more happy and peaceful with the TATA cars and any low budget cars.
5. Many people believe that if they will earn too much money they will be successful ,many people believes that if they will have very huge bank balance then they will be successful.At the same time many people also believe that if they have peace in their life then they are successful .You need to find what gives you more satisfaction peace or money. Remember i am not telling that without money you can be happy, all I am saying if we are earning a good money  and we have all the basic things which we needs . Because there is no limit for desire , but we should not make  desire painful.
6. For example you need house for living and some money to build house , but what if you want to make house like a villa or like any palace . So you will take too much loan for it and whole life till death you will pay the loan .It is totally foolish idea, just build the house with all basic needs with less loans. And pay loan early, and  live a tension free life.

Good things about privatization:
There some good things about privatization of Government company . The points are listen below.

• We know that main motive of any private company to create profit,because if they will get profit then only they can pay to their employee , so all those government company which are not doing well will start performing well because employee of company will be serious ,because they take fast decisions and there will not be any bribe taken by staffs .

• For example, Many projects of DR-DO has failed. Take an example of Japan railway , they made their railway private with proper planing and they distributed zone basis to their railway and also they have very strict law ,so that prices are minimal and poor can also pay the price . 

• In Government organization people are lazy because they know no one can fire them from job .In case the organization is not performing well also and not earning money still government will pay them by taking tax from other private employee. So they do not put too much efforts to complete something .

• Main goal of privatization is to establish a competitive environment among companies and we know  because of competitions price will reduce and  services will increased.Because every one will try to give better services and in this approach every company will have top and best technology.And hence other country will prefer to buy the products from that company also.

Bad things about privatization:
There are some Negative things also if we make all government company as private. The points are listen below.

• Making every government company as the Private can create a monopoly(completely owner of everything) of one company and they can take any decisions for profit, as earning profit is their main goal so they will not care for poor .

• A best example is UK railway , In UK they made their railway as private but it has been done by many company , some company owned Track system some company owned Catering system and few company taken few more parts.So basically ,instead of own by one company it was own by many companies in distributed way. because of this things got totally unorganized and price of ticket got too high . After that government subsidized price by taking high tax which again become burden for the middle class people as they have to pay high tax so that government can pay it to railway and poor can also afford train services .
•  Competition  can be possible between  small company and startups , it can not be possible for Indian Oil or Indian Railway or ISRO  .Why?Its very simple do you  think any one will compete to the Indian railway?no one .So only one will invest and only one will get profit  .Hence we can not create competition between Such big Government company.
• Suppose tomorrow if Government will privatized Medical sector ,then for poor people it will be very hard to get treatment as we know private hospitals are only here for earning and poor can not be able to pay  the prices  asked by hospitals for treatment  .Hence only rich people will get treatment.

Feeling insecurity is not completely bad , suppose you are working in place where every one is below average , so even you are feeling secure here , you are learning nothing , because here you are superior to all of them ,it may be possible that ,people around you are very less keen to learn new things .You work for a boss who holds a great deal of power over what you do, how much you make, and how far you’ll advanced. You don’t have much control over who you work for..Look there are two kind of people in the world , one who is self motivated and another who always need some motivation to do something. So if you are a person who completely self motivated than , feeling insecurity is not very much useful for you .When we are 100% sure about our abilities and have enough motivation, we would feel secure at our job. It is more of a psychological aspect and we are the ones who can get over it.How do you overcome job insecurity as a pvt employee?Don't over think it .Live in the present try saving as much as you can and have some sort of side business. As a private employee you should focus more and more on your skills , current technology and earn more and more money. Always try to learn new things and use it in better way . Now let's talk about computer engineering and software engineering , in this case we do not need very costly equipment , only things we need here is a computer and a good brain . You can find many pubs, cafes to chill and hangout with friends. However, unsafe for girls and too much pollution. Plus it has extreme weather conditions. Traffic conditions are becoming worse day by day.Summers are too hot, winters are too cold.Still some people who are very near to Delhi they will prefer to stay in Delhi. Combining with NCR Delhi is bigger than Mumbai . Delhi is sharing border with many states like UP, Haryana so more and more outsiders are there .
Mumbai - The city full of zeal and energy is the most active city in India. Nightlife is good here. You can roam freely at even 3 am as it is safe as well as has a awesome weather. Many events are going on every day to enjoy. Transport facilities are also amazing. However, the disappointing thing is traffic. It take hours to cover even a few kilometers .One important thing is sea ,sea makes Mumbai very beautiful .Summer will be too much , but you would not face winter here.Mumbai is very good for them who loves night clubs and pubs.Cost of room rents in Mumbai is little high as compare to Delhi but the same time earning is always more then Delhi.In Mumbai most of the people are Maharastriyan ,they are very focused.

That's not possible for Delhiet. They are relatively very less addicted to this. Mumbaikar know's wrong & right, will oppose wrong happening around very easily. Air of Mumbai is far better than Delhi ,i can say in Mumbai there is less pollution.Liquor  is bit expensive in Mumbai. You have to pay somewhere around 900-950 for the same bottle which is available in 550-600 in Delhi.Delhi people like cholla bhatura's and mumbai people like vada pao. Mumbaikar is very dedicated to his work whether he is a  sweeper, milkman, paperwala, shopkeepers, everyone. I have not seen  Paperwala, milkman, anyone missing his duties. Even if its rain or he is  ill (he will make alternative arrangement to deliver the goods to you  in time).People in Mumbai are not concerned about others dress, you can wear whatever you wish. Delhi has some better transportation system but they are costly too ,as if you compare local train of Mumabi with Delhi metro you will find differences .One can go any where in Mumabi in just 10 Rupees, but for same distance you may have to pay 30 Rupees in Delhi . Rush may be more in Mumabi local trains.

नाई- बॉस ज्यादा योग्य नहीं है, कक्षा 5 तक उसकी पढ़ाई हो सकती है। लेकिन उन्होंने अपनी जमीन बेच दी और दो नाई की दुकानें खोल लीं।

नाई-अन्य दुकान कोलकाता शहर में स्थित है, इसलिए वह उस दुकान से कमा रहा है।

Job or own business , which one is better?

If you saw a house which is quite big and looks like it belongs to an affluent person, than there is very high chance that this house belongs to a business man not to an employee.But it's no an easy task to reach upto that level , you may required to leave everything to earn that.It's all depends on what kind of life style you would like . From my point if you want stress free and hassals free life you should go with jobs .But if you are ready to work extra and you are enjoying it than you must try start your own business . When people complet their study , most of them already get placed in some company . And some of them are not interested in doing jobs , they start making some things of their own . So it may be possible that your friends who are erning money you are still not earning anything. Jobs and having own business both are very different kind of things . In job you have some eight hours of work but you have to report some one , you are working for some one ,you have to work according to company rules and policy . So basically you do not have freedom . It may not be problem for 60-70% of people as they are used to with these things , they are happy to do whatever managers or  company says . There is one more problem with jobs , if you are capable to do many things at a time , but your growth will be in the same way as others who are either not capable or not interested in doing too many things. You will get a 10% of hike similar to those who are doing nothing . Even I said manythings about jobs still but jobs are also some what important , Like you will learn a business very closely , you will learn how a business make money , you will also meet new talants . In case if you have your own business  you may not be earning anything from your business initially,so you must patience . Many time you may required to compromise with family , you may also live little stressful life . But good things you are working for you . No one is there who will assign work to you , you are the one who is taking his own decisions .But thing is you can not make a business success untill you have very good passion for doing what you want to do . his is one thing where the difference is quite apparent . Hard work is needed in both case to growth. But In case of Jobs you growth can not be decided by hardwork only , you needed to mantain a good relations with people and you may also needed to make happy to many people .In business also needed to have good relations , but here if you are honest about your work , you do not needed to make happy every one , if you products or service is good , people will automatically happy . In Jobs you may get bored by repetitive or same  works .I am putting a small conversation of a person who went to a barber shop ,while hair cutting going on.
person- Since how long have you been working in this barber shop
Barber- It’s been 4 years
Person- 4 years, okay, so how much do you earn?
Barber- Not much, around Rs 10000 a month
Person- So are you able to meet your expenses in this Rs 10000?
Barber- Everything that I earn gets expended and thus I have no savings for tomorrow , even I  neede to control over expenditures.
Person- yes , it's really difficult , to run home on 10000.
Barber- Yes sir
Person-And what about your boss, how much does he earn, do you have any idea?
Barber- The boss earns around 3.5 to 4 lacs per month after paying the bills and salaries

Person was stunned on hearing this. He asked , What is qualification of your boss.
Barber- The boss is not much qualified , he may be studyed upto class 5 . But he sold his land and opened two barber shops .
Person-So your boss might be earning 3.5- 4 lacs from the other barber shop as well
Barber -That other shop is located in Kolkata city , so he is earning from that shop .

The Lesson- Your degree can not make you rich , it can only provide a job where you can earn .But to become a rich you need to have good presence of mind , You must undestand how , where and when you can utilise your money to make more money .
