How did India become a top software hub?

Hello friends , today we are going to discuss ,how Indian become top software hub in the world . Let's first discuss India educational , in the India in most of schools and colleges there is always lack of equipments . For example if you will go to any technical colleges  other than IIT and NIT you will always find lack of equipments . Now students required to stay on theory taught by teachers . We know human minds better understand by practical examples , but India most of students just able to see things in books . For example if you are a mechanical engineering students than they must practically understand stuffs like motor and boiler etc ,which will enhance students capability to interpret in better way . But as these equipment are very costly ,so all colleges can not have these kind of equipment . Same things are happening case of Civil engineering and other core engineering. Now let's talk about computer engineering and software engineering , in this case we do not need very costly equipment , only things we need here is a computer and a good brain . In India we lots of good brain and we know computer is not that costly. Almost all colleges and schools provides computers . Another things , India's cost competitiveness in providing IT services, which is approximately 3-4 times cheaper than the US, which attracts many USA company to depends on India , as they are getting services in very lower price . Another factor , A large population of India speaks English because of which communication from European and USA and Canada types of countries become very easy . And we all knows that these are the countries which generates maximum job opportunity. TCS also played a bigger role in making India a hub of IT .  Only things we need to do we should also develop our own softwares rather than providing only services . For example Window, Facebook , Gmail, Watsapp etc all these software belongs to foreign countries , so we need to develop these kind of things also . And to do so government need to play a important role here . Because no private company will invest on R&D , all private company wants earnings money but these kind of development need more R&D which will give nothing in form of money.So IT sector provide maximum business to India .
