• BJP never say that they are only focus on Hindu or their agenda is to entertain the Hindu, but all of their actions are always against the communist and Muslim party.
• Congress, they have tried to give more freedom to minority to get the minority votes. As they were very much sure about getting votes of majority of Hindu majority, because they got Gandhi tag. But if we see clearly then we will see at the current time majority is completely against them because of the many long pending issues like, Article 370 and Ram Mandir. Which solved under BJP rule and hence majority will go with BJP.
• There are many small parties which are based on the particular minority like Bheem sena, AIMIM, Samajwadi party and BASPA. All these party are working for some minority and hence congress vote is getting divided.
• BJP agenda is more towards nationalism, which means they more keen towards representing Indian on high priority.
•  We have two main party in Indian which is congress and BJP, and they have PM face like Modi and Rahul Gandhi. But because of Rahul Gandhi as the face of the PM congress is not getting better vote even from their own supporters.
• You have seen the URI attack and other surgical strikes which increased the confidence of people of India toward the BJP party.
• Now many Muslims who used to vote Congress they are now voting to party like AIMIM and AAM admi party. Which makes congress a weak contender for the BJP and hence BJP is winning the election.

Powerful candidate of PM: BJP has a very powerful face for the PM candidate which is Narendra Modi .Narendra Modi is not any scholar but he came from low to up so his confidence is always high as he knows that he is not going to lose anything .he is able to connect with the people of the country. BJP has a national agenda and they say about the Akhand Bharat this is also in their manifesto .They have also able to resolve many cases like RAM Mandir and 370 of kashmir which was issue for many years which influence many people of country .

  तो उस स्थिति में कई लोगों ने अपने परिवार के लिए 1000 किमी तक पैदल चलने का फैसला किया।

• शासन वास्तव में घर जाने की जरूरत वाले व्यक्ति की पहचान करने में सक्षम नहीं था।
  क्योंकि बहुत से लोग उसके और उसके परिवार के लिए बहुत बड़ी निर्भरता रखते थे और अगर वे परिवार से लंबे समय तक दूर रहते हैं तो उनके परिवार को कुछ बुरी स्थितियों का सामना करना पड़ सकता है।
• आप जानते हैं कि भारत की जनसंख्या बहुत अधिक है, इसलिए इसे नियंत्रण में रखने की आवश्यकता है अन्यथा ऐसी कोई भी स्थिति दुनिया के किसी भी प्रशासन द्वारा पूरी तरह से नहीं संभाली जा सकती। भारी जनसंख्या को नियंत्रित करना कोई आसान काम नहीं है।

प्रवासी श्रमिकों को संभालने और उनके जीवन को बचाने के लिए हम क्या कर सकते थे?

• देखिए, करोड़ों लोगों को प्रबंधित करना बहुत बड़ी बात है। इसे एक शीर्ष रणनीति की आवश्यकता है और आप दो या तीन दिनों में अच्छी रणनीति नहीं बना सकते हैं क्योंकि बहुत से टिंग हैं जिन्हें संभालने की आवश्यकता है और सरकार ने पाया कि कोरोना बहुत तेजी से बढ़ रहा था इसलिए वे लेते हैं त्वरित निर्णय।लेकिन वे इस निर्णय को बहुत पहले ले सकते थे क्योंकि भारत इटली और जर्मनी की तरह नहीं है और हमारे पास बहुत बड़ी आबादी है। और उनमें से ज्यादातर गरीब हैं इसलिए भारत को उचित योजना के साथ पहले से लॉक अप लागू करना चाहिए था।
• इंसान के रूप में हम कुछ किलोमीटर के लिए 2 से 3 लोगों के लिए कारों में लिफ्ट देकर लोगों की मदद कर सकते थे।हम इसे बाइक से भी कर सकते थे। मैंने किसी को भी लिफ्ट देते नहीं देखा, हर एक वीडियो बना रहा था।मैंने देखा कि बहुत से लोग महिलाओं का वीडियो बना रहे थे और वह अपनी गोद में बच्चे को ले कर अपने घर के रास्ते पर जा रही थी और बाइक और कार पर बैठे लोग वीडियो बना रहे थे। वे 10-20 केलोमीटर तक लिफ्ट दे सकते थे।तो, बस सरकार को हर उस चीज के लिए दोषी न ठहराएं जिसके लिए हम भी जिम्मेदार हैं।

You have heard people dying from corona , but many people are dying during moving from one city to their home city.We will focus and try to answer few question and answers .

Why people are trying to go their  villages?

• Many people are saying to workers and to migrants that they should not go to their village.But we need to understand the important point here.It may be possible that some places government and other NGO are providing food to needy ,but it is possible that many women may be pregnant and they need many things more than the food .Everyone is trying to offer food .It is possible there born baby who need different food then mother milk , it is possible that mother is not able to produce enough milk for her baby.
• It is also possible that state and central government is not able to ensure them for food and security.
• Many migrants and labors may be thinking that they may die from this corona and instead of dying here let us die with our family.
• See, it is possible that some peoples father mother are old and they need help of their son and daughter and if their son and daughter will not be there then they can face bad consequences .So in that case many people decided to go by walking for 1000 km for their family .Otherwise ,if everything is  fine then why people will walk such long distance.
• People who were earning on the daily basis and they do not have house to live they got  confuse as where to live and what to eat , so in that condition going home was based options.
  

Why government failed to handle migrants and laborers?

• First reason was lack of proper data.Government does not have idea that how many migrants are there.Because there  was many part time and daily based workers also.And for the employee who was working as for company they got some support but what about those workers who was working on the daily basis.
• Government was not really able to identify the one who really need to go home.Because many people were having huge dependency for his and her family and if they stay long away from family their family may face some bad situations.
• You know that the population of India is very high , so this need to be in control it otherwise any such situation can not be handle perfectly by any government of the world.To control huge population is not an easy task.
  

What we could have done to handle migrant workers and save their lives?

• See ,it's very big thing to manage crores of people .It need a top strategy and you can not make good strategy in two or three days because there are many tings which need to be handle and government found corona was growing very faster so they take quick decisions.But they could have taken this decisions little earlier because India is not like Italy and Germany we have huge populations .And most of them are poor so India should have implemented lock down earlier with proper planing.
• As human being we could have helped people by giving lift in  cars for 2 to 3 people for few kilometer .We could have done it by bikes also.I have not seen any one giving any lift , every one was just making video.I saw many people was making video of a women and she was taking  baby in her arms and moving on the way to her home and people on seating on Bikes and Cars were making videos.They could have given lift for 10-20 kilometers.So ,simply do not blame government for everything we are also responsible for this.

Today world is going through a very dangerous situations.Along with Corona Virus there is another issue increasing  currently which is unemployment issue.There is a solution to handle unemployment and it is called Kurzarbeit. Kurzarbeit are way of dealing unemployment in Germany.
Let us understand some of its facts.

• According to the German government if any company are not able to do any business and are stop getting any income they that company need to apply to the German government for this.
• German government will take the details of the employee of the company and government will pay for 67% and 60% of salary of the employee.
• Now here 60% salary for the unmarried and 67% for the married with family.So if you see here Government of Germany is very fair , as they know that a married person has more responsibility and they need more money and they respect this.
• There other country like Italy and France they too have some policy for this but not very common.
• Any company which is not earning anything and if they do not have money,
   in such case company will not be able to pay their employee and it will ask them leave the jobs.Because company has to pay medical , pf, pension for their employee.But if for certain period of time government will pay for that in that case company will not required to ask their employee to leave the jobs.
• Many of us may think why we can not implement same technique for India also to save jobs?See Germany is a very small country and they have very small population and most of them are employed.India is high population country and every one is not employed also so if government will pay for employed people then there chances that many people will not get benefit of government policy.Also Germany have all the big company manufacturing hubs, so the government is already getting too much of tax from their people.

पश्चिमी देशों में ज्यादातर धर्मनिरपेक्षता का पालन किया जाता है, उनके अनुसार कोई भी सरकार और धर्म पूरी तरह से अलग हैं, वे दोनों स्वतंत्र रूप से काम करते हैं, कोई भी एक दूसरे की गतिविधि में हस्तक्षेप नहीं करता है।

भारत में धर्मनिरपेक्षता भारत के लोगों को अपनी पसंद का कोई भी धर्म चुनने की स्वतंत्रता देती है, यह धार्मिक और गैर-धार्मिक दोनों लोगों को भी स्वतंत्रता प्रदान करती है।

भारत में यह ब्रिटेन जैसे पश्चिमी देश से पूरी तरह अलग है।ब्रिटेन जैसे देश में, उनके पास अपना चर्च है और सभी धार्मिक कार्य पूरी तरह से शासन के काम से अलग हैं। दूसरे शब्दों में हम कह सकते हैं कि सरकार धार्मिक चीजों में हस्तक्षेप नहीं कर सकती है। और धर्म शासन कार्य में हस्तक्षेप नहीं कर सकता।

अब सवाल होगा कि हम पश्चिमी देशों की तरह धर्म और सरकार को पूरी तरह से अलग क्यों नहीं कर सकते?उत्तर बहुत ही सरल है। भारत में हम धर्म और सरकार को अलग-थलग नहीं कर सकते हैं, क्योंकि भारत में हमारे यहां बाल विवाह जैसी बुरी चीजें हैं, हमारे पास दहेज प्रथा है हमारे पास टीन तालक है हमारे पास हलाला है।ये चीजें पश्चिमी देशों में नहीं होती हैं।

भारत में हमारे पास सभी के लिए समान संविधान नहीं है। हमारे पास धर्मों के आधार पर भी संविधान हैं। जिसके कारण कई बार कोर्ट द्वारा किसी भी मामले को सुलझाने में बहुत अधिक समय लग जाता है।

सभी धर्मों के लिए समान गठन करने पर चर्चा चल रही है, लेकिन अल्पसंख्यक धर्म यह दावा कर रहे हैं कि यह बहुत संभव है कि बहुसंख्यक (हिंदू) धर्मों के आधार पर गठन किया जा सकता है।

Mostly secularism followed in the western countries, according to them any government and religion are completely separate, they both work independently no one interfere into each other activity.

Secularism in India gives freedom to people of India to choose any religion they want; it also provides freedom to both religious and non-regions people.

 In India it is completely different than the western country like UK. In country like UK, they have their church, and all religious works are completely separate from the work of the government. Or in other word we can say that government can not interfere in the religious things. And Religion cannot interfere in the government work.

But in India government completely interfere in the work of religion and religion can also interfere in the work of the government.

For example, in India government pay to Muslims for Madrasa,

government pay to Imam of the Masjid in the form of salary. Also making temple, running trust for temple and church all the interference are done by the government.

Now there will be question that why we cannot make religion and government completely separate, like western countries? Answer is very simple. In India we cannot make religion and government completely separate, because in India we have bad things like child marriage, we have dowry system we have Teen Talak we have Halala. These things do not happen in the western countries.

In India we do not have common constitution for all. We have constitutions based on the religions also. Because of which many times it takes too much time to solve any case by court.

There are discussion going on to make same constitutions for all religions, but to minority religions are claiming that it is very much possible that constitutions can be made to entertain the majority of religions.

Central govt is having more power than states. Governor is appointed by centre. High court judges are appointed by centre. Most of the powers are lying with centre.

State governments are very powerful for day to day matters and issues specially inside the borde of of the state.
But Taking decisions related to nation security are fall under the power of the central government.

The residuary powers- Which is Article 248 of the Indian constitution gives all the residuary powers to the parliament(central government) .

The residuary powers are like controlling of Army and central forces and managing foreign affairs and security related issue .

Some interesting facts - In the countries like USA, Switzerland,and Australia all the residuary powers are comes under the state government , so we can say their state governments are little more powerful then India.

Further,in case of conflict or any differences between the laws of state and parliament(central), the central or parliament wins.

The governor who is appointed by the center can recommend a state emergency(Presidents rule) when there is a constitutional breakdown and such a rule can be imposed when state government does not act according to the direction of the central government

No states are permanent which mean state government can be destroy ,and the parliament, (central members) has complete power to destroy a state

I am not very  believer of any religious guru I am also a Hindu.We live in a country where we were grown up listening to stories from Ramayan and Mahabharata, these stories are also describing all the locations which exists now. For me, they were great stories like Lord of the Rings or Harry Potter. So, the Rama and Krishna are are very close to us , we learn a lot from them , we can solve our life issues from these stories. We can learn a lot from those stories and our history.I believe in good lessons, whether it comes from mythology tales, fictional Panchtantra or DC comic books. And I think there are a lot of lessons to be learned from the character of Ram. And why choose a certain character, the entire ancient textbooks are full of wisdom and knowledge.Whereas a common Hindu believes that the entire world including people from all religions, all animals, birds, trees, insects etc are one large family. It has been nearly more than a week since a political crisis in Karnataka and threatened the survival of the HD Kumaraswamy-led Congress-Janata Dal (Secular) government .
. To add to Kumaraswamy's worries, the lone KJKP MLA and one Independent who were supporting his government too have withdrawn their support.Simply put, the chaos in Karnataka is about power. Will the ones currently in power retain it or will someone else attain it, is the question that everyone is wondering aloud.So it is very much clear that if MLA make return in congress again than there most some changes .May be change of CM , they may demand to change current CM .Let's us understand it ,Karnataka has total 224 MLA seats , in which congress(79) ,JDS(37),BSP(1) so total of 117 , So basically it is Congress . Now opposition has BJP(105) , KPJP(1),Independent(1) .Now
The latest news from Karnataka is that 16 MLAs of the ruling parties (13 of Congress and three of JD (S)) have tendered their resignations as MLAs. So here if calculate it (117-16=101) than congress will have only 101 MLA which less than opposition. If their resignations are accepted, the HD Kumaraswamy government's majority in the state assembly will become questionable and the government will have to win a trust vote - a task which will not be easy in the prevailing circumstances.The BJP has been claiming it has nothing to with the mass resignation in Congress and JD (S). It has however been mounting pressure on the Speaker for not accepting the resignations and has also been attacking the Congress after Congress leader DK Shivakumar tore resignation letters of some Congress MLAs inside the Speaker's office.Most of the political parties have sprung up with self interest as the prime objective.This is the way this country is going. When the gandhi family was in power there were many loyalists and sycophants deriving benefit from party leadership.
Now that that power structure is shaky with RG resigning these political leaders might be finding that they will be wasting their time staying as no tangible benefit they will be able to derive staying in the party the obvious decision is to leave the sinking ship.There are very much possibility that party members are more concerned about their personal growth rather thinking about national interest .

Hello friends , I hope you all are very well .But there are many people in this world who are suffering from various issues , one of them is poverty . See everyone can not royal and beautiful life , but at-least every humans should get some basic things of life  from our society .Let's take an example , have you seen people who are going by train in general class . Many time they stand on legs the same place for longer hours without any movements , even i have seen they stand with some luggage on their head . It will look very disturbing if you will analyse their pains . But still they are living . So my very simple question is, traffic police is charging  if some one is going by auto Riksa with more than 3 people , traffic police is charging if some one is going by bike with more than 2 people .So why government is not able to understand if in one train more than capacity of people are going . I am not telling to give AC and other facility to poor people but at-least they should also be treated as humans . I have given a simple example how poor of country are suffering . Now let's talk about why many poor in India. There are many poor people who do not even make an attempt to work and stand on their own two feet. You see able, healthy and young people beg near stop lights and junctions even-though they are better off working for a living. Lack of will to take the responsibility and act on this. People of India are never take their vote seriously , people will give vote to even corrupt person , if they offer some food and little money . India is democratic country , but people here are very less aware of their democratic power . Most of India people do not like to indulge in politics , they usually say  i do not like politics . Now here most notorious and goons kind of people are handling our country . Just think these people are going to decide how our society should be and what constitutional changes we need, they will control our IAS and IPS officers .so can you think , that they can give any better society  ? No . Even they want to create  a better country and a better society , but they can not be able ,because of the lack of knowledge power. So if any one who loves his or her country , than he must realise their responsibility towards nation . Become poor does not only one problem , there are many more problems like you will be alone  , you will not have any friends , no one like to make a friendship with you , even your closes relatives will not be a relative for you .If you are going to make friends, other will think that you want money so you are doing so.They will go far to you.I always feel there should be strong government interfere in this , government should generate work for every poor person , that work should at-least pay them at least minimum amount so that they need not required to beg . There should be at least minimum training should be provided to all poor so that they can understand meaning of good life .

नमस्कार दोस्तों आज हम चर्चा करने जा रहे हैं कि कैसे भारत सरकार आरक्षण प्रणाली को हटा सकती है। यदि आप किसी व्यक्ति को बेकार बनाना चाहते हैं, तो मुफ्त सामान देना शुरू करें। वोट कमाने के लिए लंबे समय से हमारी राजनीतिक व्यवस्था यही कर रही है। लेकिन किसी को भी वास्तव में यह महसूस नहीं होता है कि यह हमारे समाज पर प्रभाव डालता है। यह हमारे समाज को बेकार बना रहा है। क्या आपने कभी भारत रेलवे प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर एक बैगर को देखा है, एक दिन आपको उसके पास जाना चाहिए और उसे नौकरी की पेशकश करनी चाहिए, वह इनकार कर देगा, क्योंकि वह बिना कुछ किए सब कुछ कमा रहा है इसलिए उसे नौकरी क्यों करनी चाहिए, जिसमें उसे काम करने की आवश्यकता है। भारत में, कई परिवार आरक्षण से विभिन्न लाभ कमा रहे हैं, यहां तक ​​कि वे बहुत अच्छी आर्थिक स्थिति में हैं। शुरू में आरक्षण गरीब पृष्ठभूमि के लोगों का समर्थन करने के लिए बनाया गया था। यह जाति के बीच नहीं बल्कि अमीर और गरीब के बीच युद्ध है। आप इस तरह की कल्पना कर सकते हैं, मुझे एक अच्छे IIT में आने के लिए JEE में 2000 में रैंक प्राप्त करना है लेकिन SC / ST के छात्र कॉमन मेरिट लिस्ट में रैंक से नीचे के रास्ते के साथ एक ही कॉलेज में प्रवेश ले सकते हैं। अब एसटी / एससी भारत की 30% आबादी में योगदान देता है, सामान्य रूप से अभी भी ऐसा होता है इसका मतलब है कि उनकी आबादी का एक बड़ा हिस्सा अच्छी शिक्षा का लाभ नहीं ले रहा है। इसके अलावा कुछ अच्छे दिमागों को बुरी किस्मत मिली क्योंकि सीटें सीमित हैं। लोगों को आरक्षण का उपयोग करने के लिए किया जा सकता है जो वास्तव में इसके लायक हैं बजाय इसके कि इसका इस्तेमाल अमीर वर्ग के लोगों द्वारा किया जा रहा है जो इसके लायक नहीं हैं या इसकी आवश्यकता नहीं है। देखो दोस्तों, किसी भी सरकार के पास भारत से आरक्षण प्रणाली को हटाने की शक्ति नहीं है, क्योंकि जो भी सरकार आरक्षण को हटा देगी, एक बड़ा समुदाय उसे लंबे समय तक वोट देना बंद कर देगा। उनकी सरकार में भारी डर है। अब एक संभावना है, आरक्षण को कास्ट के बजाय आर्थिक स्थिति के आधार पर देने की। पहले की तरह 10-15 साल पहले यह संभव नहीं था लेकिन अब कोई भी सरकार कर सकती है। अब देखें सरकार के पास Adhar Card और PEN कार्ड जैसी विशिष्ट Id हैं, इन डिजिटल डेटा के आधार पर सरकार किसी भी व्यक्ति की वास्तविक आय को आसानी से जान सकती है। चूंकि पहले यह एक बड़ा मुद्दा था क्योंकि हम जानते हैं कि हमारे सरकारी कार्यालय बहुत भ्रष्ट हैं, कोई भी अमीर व्यक्ति इस बात का आसानी से प्रमाण दे सकता है कि वह एक गरीब है और वह आरक्षण का सारा लाभ उठा सकता है। बिहार में बीजेपी सिर्फ इसलिए हार गई क्योंकि बीजेपी सरकार ने आरक्षण के खिलाफ जो कुछ बयान दिया था, मोदी जी आसानी से समझ गए थे कि भारत जैसे देश में बिना आरक्षण के वह नहीं जीत सकते हैं, इसलिए आरक्षण पर प्रतिबंध लगाने के बजाय उन्होंने उच्च जाति को भी आरक्षण देना शुरू कर दिया। हम सभी भारतीयों को पहले कास्ट और धार्मिक पक्षपाती के बजाय किसी भी सरकार के काम और विकास को देखना चाहिए। चीन जैसे देश को देखो, वे चीन के मंत्रियों के धर्म के बारे में कभी बात नहीं करते हैं या सोचते हैं, वे केवल विकास की ओर देखते हैं।

hello friends today we are going to discuss how Indian government can remove reservation system . If you want to make a person useless ,start offering  free stuffs . This is what our political system is doing since long time to earn votes . But no one actually realise it's impacts on our society . It making our society useless . Have you ever seen a bagger on India railway platform , one day you must go to him and offer him a job , he will deny , because he is earning everything without doing anything so why he should do job, in which he required to work  .In India , many family are earning various benefits from reservation even they are in very good economical condition . Initially reservation was made to support  poor background people .Its not a war between caste but between rich and poor. You can imagine it like this, I have to get a rank in 2000 in JEE to get into a good IIT but SC/ST students can get into the same college with a way below rank in the Common Merit List. Now ST/SC contributes 30% population of India, same as general still this happens means a huge part of their population are not getting benefits of good education. Also some good brain got bad luck because seats are limited.What can be done to let people use reservation who actually deserve it rather than it being misused by rich class of people who don't deserve or need it . Look friends , no government has power to remove reservation system from India, because the whoever government will remove reservation a large community will stop voting him for long time . Their is huge fear in government . Now there is one possibility, to give reservation the basis of economical condition rather than on cast based. Previously like 10-15 years ago it was not possible but now any government can do it . See now government has Unique Id like Adhar Card and PEN card , on the basis of these digital data government can easily know actual income of any person. Since previously it was a bigger issue because we know our government offices are very corrupt , any rich person can easily proof that he is  a poor and he could have taken  all gain of reservations. BJP lost in Bihar just because some statement made by BJP government which was against reservation , Modi Ji understood easily that in country like India without reservation he can not win so instead of banning reservation he started giving reservation to upper cast as well . We all Indians must and should first look at work and development of any government rather than cast and religious biased . Look at country like China they never talk or think about religion of China ministers , they only look towards development .
