Who ruled India in better way? And in Which time period India developed more?

Hello friends, Who ruled India better, the Mughals or the British?It's very important topic which we are going to cover todays . See whatever has been written in  our school books it was written by people who are in power , even we know history was always written by king of that period . So it's facts that no king will write wrong things about himself . You can see from current time even Prime ministers are said to be corrupted . So it is possible that at that time also king could b corrupted . Now let's compare British and Mughal .

• Political Freedom: British were better in terms of giving political freedom ,during time of British on can raise his or her voice against any atrocity , if any one raise his or her voice against Mughal they beheaded .
•  Freedom of religion : In this case British was also trying to convert Hindu into Christianity , but there hardly any large-scale destruction of temples, large scale conversion by force, large scale killing on religious ground.Unlike Mughals British didn’t impose Jizya tax on Hindus. so here I will give more points to British .Now you will asked what is Jizya tax , Jizya or jizyah is a per capita yearly tax historically levied on non-Muslim subjects, called the dhimma, permanently residing in Muslim lands governed by Islamic law. 
• Economy :If we talk about economy , then in this area Mughal was far better than British because , when British came to India  at that time India was richest country but when British left India , India become poorest country. it' reason was very simple whatever British was earning from India ,they were investing into great British Empire and to their Industrial revolutions .There was no large-scale wealth transfer from India during Mughal Rule. India again reclaimed the largest economy tag during the fag end of Mughal rule and even earlier India remained 2nd largest economy after China during Mughal Rule , so here i will give more points to Mughals.
•  Development :British were worse than Mughals and almost destroyed Indian agriculture. Tax rate during British was very high . Even Tax rate of Mughal was also very high , but they were little flexible .Only thing bad about Mughal was they invested more on their personal . Mughals wasted the money on personal monuments like Taj mahal whereas British wasted the money for  railway , Telegraph, and Infrastructure. So here i will give more points to British . 
• Education System : British destroyed traditional educational system and introduced modern educational system but this educational system was out of reach to majority of Indians . Mughals ignored scientific & modern education.So here also more points goes to British.
•  Justice : British Justice system may have been better but it was costly for poor Indians.In case of Mughal their Justice system was not very much fair but easily reachable to all common Indians .So here I think both equal .
