As we all know,Birbal was very intelligent , Birbal was not only Emperor Akbar’s favourite minister but also a minister dearly loved by most of the commoners, because of his ready wit and wisdom. People from other states used to come to Birbal for getting good advise .  However, there was a group of ministers and staffs that were jealous of his growing popularity and disliked him intensely ,they always thinking to harm Birbal in any way. They outwardly showered him with praise and compliments, but on the inside, they did not like Birbal at all.One day they approached the king’s barber with a plan. As the barber was extremely close to the king, they asked him to help them get rid of Birbal permanently.They offer a huge some of money to barber for becoming the part of their plan . Barber got ready doing everything according to plan.The next time the king required his services, the barber started a conversation about the emperor’s father who he also used to serve. He sang praises of his fine, silky-smooth hair. And then as an afterthought, he asked the king that as he was enjoying such great prosperity, had he made an attempt to do anything for the welfare of his ancestors?The king was furious at such impertinent stupidity and told the barber that it was not possible to do anything because they were already dead. The barber mentioned that he knew of a magician who could come of help. The magician could send a person up to heaven to enquire about his father’s welfare. But of course this person would have to be chosen carefully; he would have to be intelligent enough to follow the magician’s instructions as well as make on-the-spot decisions. He must be wise, intelligent and responsible. The barber then suggested the best person for the job – the wisest of all ministers, Birbal.The King likes idea of barber .The Barber explained how it will works ,The barber explained that Birbal will sit on fire and with help of few magic he will directly go to the heaven . Finally king called to Birbal and explained everything ,Birbal understand this idea must be from some of his enemy, Birbal asked who given this good idea , Akbar said , barber ,Birbal said to King I am ready to do all these on 2 condition , first one is give me some huge amount of money and 1 month of time to settle my family . King agreed .So Birbal created a Tunnel upto his house from fire place . After one moth when they putted Birbal on fire , Birbal disappear from that tunnel. He disappeared into his house where he hid for a few months while his hair and beard grew long and unruly.In the meantime, his enemies were enjoying as they thought that Birbal has died and he will never come back.  Then one day after many, months Birbal arrived at the palace with news of the king’s father. The king was extremely pleased to see him and ready with a barrage of questions. Birbal told the king that his father was in the best condition and provided all comfort except one. Akbar asked what is lacking .Birbal answered that there were no barbers in heaven, which is why even he was forced to grow his own beard. Hello friends how are you ?Today we are going to discuss , why Pakistan loses cricket match with India in World Cup .See Pakistan has won many matches with India, if you will see percentage of win than you will find Pakistan has won more than India .If u look at the stats, Pakistan's percentage of wins is a lot higher than India.India started winning more against Pakistan probably during 1990s and later. That's mainly because of emergence of Indian cricket team with all round ability through the so called golden era of Indian cricket with batsmen like Sachin Tendulkar, Saurav Ganguly, Rahul Dravid etc while bowlers like Zaheer Khan, Irfan Pathan, Harbhajan Singh, Anil Kumble etc. Pakistan bowling area is strong since starting , even you can see today time also they have good bowling unit.  Adding to Pakistan's cricket suffered a lot due to that attack on Srilankan team in 2009 and with none of the cricket teams willing to play in Pakistan, it's revenue got a huge dent. Plagued with match fixing scandals, unfit players due to lack of international exposure, and now most of the matches Pakistan plays are away from home. Even good balanced teams struggle hard to win matches in unfamiliar conditions. So if Pakistan want to come back ,first they need to control terrorism on their ground. Because if foreign team will not go to play cricket there their cricket board can not be able to generate revenue and hence they can not encourage youngsters to participate in cricket match.So I think it's improper to say Pakistan always looses to India in cricket. Hello friends , how are you all. Today we are going to discuss feeling insecurity in jobs or any parts of your life . Feeling insecurity is not completely bad , suppose you are working in place where every one is below average , so even you are feeling secure here , you are learning nothing , because here you are superior to all of them ,it may be possible that ,people around you are very less keen to learn new things .You work for a boss who holds a great deal of power over what you do, how much you make, and how far you’ll advanced. You don’t have much control over who you work for..Look there are two kind of people in the world , one who is self motivated and another who always need some motivation to do something. So if you are a person who completely self motivated than , feeling insecurity is not very much useful for you .When we are 100% sure about our abilities and have enough motivation, we would feel secure at our job. It is more of a psychological aspect and we are the ones who can get over it.How do you overcome job insecurity as a pvt employee?Don't over think it .Live in the present try saving as much as you can and have some sort of side business. As a private employee you should focus more and more on your skills , current technology and earn more and more money. Always try to learn new things and use it in better way . The only solution here is we need to up-grade ourself all the time .Continuous hard-work. There is no escape. It is better to work even on weekends to gain exposure, skills, build new contacts, etc. What you do part-time is an edge in present time.Read more books & follow at least 1 good newspaper & magazine regularly. It will give you insights on “where we as a society” are going towards. I will suggest to all of you, to use your insecurity as your weapon .wherever you feel insecurity do hard work, take control of every things around you ,learn everything which boost your confidence . One day you will realise that you are on the better position .If at anytime you feel very much secure , challenge your skills , go out and again look for new challenges . This will put you in condition of insecurity and again secure . here only things i wanted to tell every one , this life is very small , even you do nothing one day you will die , time is passing anyway . So just think and take challenges as much as you can take .
