Good listener vs good speaker?

Become a good listener.

Hello friends ,how are you?Today we are going to talk about good listener vs good speaker. This is a very tricky question , a person can be a good speaker if he/she is a good listener, because to speak well you need to understand others. But many time ,people thinks they should only speak because they are a leader. But we need to always remember if we only speak than , we will learn Nothin because what we are speaking is already known to us, but if start listening than we will come to know few new we thinkthings.Is by speaking we can learn to increase our confidence,than it's ok but we can not be very perfect in any thing without listening.So basically a person can be a good speaker if and only if he is a good listener. 2. Allow others to speak
3. Asking valid question in the end of disssion
