Moscow Format and Taliban ?Impact on India and on world.

Afghanistan is a land- lock country,it is also called as graveyard of empire . Iran , tajikistan ,Turkmenistan ,Ujbekistan all these country are full of oil , natural gas ,uranium ,nickel etc .Important things all these country are neighbour to Afghanistan  . We can understand that all these countrys are full of resources ,and they want to sell their resources , but how all these country sell their resources to other country ?Oviously by Afghanistan .They can reach to country like India ,bangladesh ,  and other northern country . This makes Afghanistan a very important country.Other things ,like USSR(Rassia) ,Great Bretain ,USA all power full empire wanted to capture Afghanistan ,so that they can easily able to access India ocean .But all  these country  failed control Afghanistan. example 1979 USSR planed to capture Afghanistan , Pakistan afraid that USSR may also capture Baluchistan region . But USSR failed.why?USA was helping small terrorist groups of Afghanistan to fight with USSR , USA was providing funding and weapon to small terrorist groups . finally Taliban took birth in all these process.Finally  a very big USSR divided.In 2001 USA attracted towards Afghanistan .After 9/11 attack on USA ,they told that we need to destroy Taliban . and started invesion. USA has been  bombing on Afghanistan for 2 years . But it also not giving good out put to USA . Actually Taliban is problem for almost all country .Now USA Army also returning to USA.Now after failing of all these things , all country want peace in Afghanistan ,so Moscow meeting happens. Finally a 12 country and Afghanistan representative attained meeting.Afghanistan representative was not government officials, because still it controll by Taliban .
12 country China ,Pakistan ,Iran, India ,Uzbekistan ,Kyrgyzstan ,Tajikistan ,Afghanistan  ,Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan ,Russia and US.
India play a very important game here ,India send two deplomats ,India does not send officially ,just keep space for u-turn, suppose Taliban gain power,we know Chabhar port which fully develope by india is in Afghanistan , and we can see fact that Taliban can not destroy, We have many business deals happens through Afghanistan .India officially always support Afghan government (Asraf Ghani) .But India know reality, they  can not ignore Taliban ,because many country tried to destroy Taliban but they failed. So India Know Taliban will remain here.So what is benifit of this Moscow format ?Basically Taliban Got a great benifit here, in history it is first time when Taliban officially got a peace meeting.Also Taliban got official recognisation , because this call was from UN permanent members .
