See , there are few disadvantage of changing your jobs frequently . first , every company will thing that you are not loyal person , they may be hire you because they may have some very urgent work , and they may hire you on higher salary , but once that work is over they may kick you out , because people who are working over there for long time on lower salary .Secondly , you will not be able to create a better bonding with your co-workers . 3rd thing, you may learn technology in short period of time but to understand business of your employers you need to pay little more time . As i have said many disadvantage of frequent job changing , now let me tell you few advantage of it .Firstly , if you are changing your jobs early ,you will always have more skills than a person who is working in same company for long time ,you can have double the salary by switching jobs , but with working with same company for long time periods , you will only get some 5 to 10 % of hike in your salary . With all these you have experience of various situation and you have learned better adaptability . If a person works for same company for longer period of time than , Other company may thinks that you may not be getting any other offer that's why you are still working with same company for longer time . So my simple advice to every one change your company if it really needed , if at all you feel that your personal growth is very less and also if you feel your salary is not as per industries standard . Otherwise if all the time if you are thinking about changing company and salary you may lose various skills which you needed to learn.

Hello friends , I hope you all are very well .But there are many people in this world who are suffering from various issues , one of them is poverty . See everyone can not royal and beautiful life , but at-least every humans should get some basic things of life  from our society .Let's take an example , have you seen people who are going by train in general class . Many time they stand on legs the same place for longer hours without any movements , even i have seen they stand with some luggage on their head . It will look very disturbing if you will analyse their pains . But still they are living . So my very simple question is, traffic police is charging  if some one is going by auto Riksa with more than 3 people , traffic police is charging if some one is going by bike with more than 2 people .So why government is not able to understand if in one train more than capacity of people are going . I am not telling to give AC and other facility to poor people but at-least they should also be treated as humans . I have given a simple example how poor of country are suffering . Now let's talk about why many poor in India. There are many poor people who do not even make an attempt to work and stand on their own two feet. You see able, healthy and young people beg near stop lights and junctions even-though they are better off working for a living. Lack of will to take the responsibility and act on this. People of India are never take their vote seriously , people will give vote to even corrupt person , if they offer some food and little money . India is democratic country , but people here are very less aware of their democratic power . Most of India people do not like to indulge in politics , they usually say  i do not like politics . Now here most notorious and goons kind of people are handling our country . Just think these people are going to decide how our society should be and what constitutional changes we need, they will control our IAS and IPS officers .so can you think , that they can give any better society  ? No . Even they want to create  a better country and a better society , but they can not be able ,because of the lack of knowledge power. So if any one who loves his or her country , than he must realise their responsibility towards nation . Become poor does not only one problem , there are many more problems like you will be alone  , you will not have any friends , no one like to make a friendship with you , even your closes relatives will not be a relative for you .If you are going to make friends, other will think that you want money so you are doing so.They will go far to you.I always feel there should be strong government interfere in this , government should generate work for every poor person , that work should at-least pay them at least minimum amount so that they need not required to beg . There should be at least minimum training should be provided to all poor so that they can understand meaning of good life .

V8 engine was designed to increase performance of Javascript inside web browser .To increase performance of javascript inside browser , V8 engine directly convert javascript into more efficient machine code instead of using any interpreter. It using JIT compiler to compile javascript machine code at the time of execution . Other engines like SpiderMonkey or Rhino (Mozilla)  are also doing the same things but only difference  V8 engine does not produce any bytecode or any intermediate code which makes V8 engine faster . A question may be running in your mind that is it important to know V8 engine ,but my answer will be it will help you to write better and optimised code .JavaScript is a prototype-based language ,so there are no classes and objects ,and classes and objects are created by using a cloning process. JavaScript is also dynamically typed, dynamic means, All variables are dynamic , and even the code is dynamic. You can create new variables at runtime, and the type of variables is determined at runtime. You can create new functions at any time, or replace existing functions. When used in a browser, code is added when more script files are loaded, and you can load more files any time you like. and type informations are not explicit and properties can be added to and deleted from objects on the fly. Accessing types and properties effectively makes a first big challenge for V8. Instead of using a dictionary-like data structure for storing object properties and doing a dynamic lookup to resolve the property location (like most JavaScript engines do), V8 creates hidden classes, at runtime, in order to have an internal representation of the type system and to improve the property access time.V8 can compile to x86, ARM or MIPS instruction set architectures in both their 32- and 64-bit editions; as well, it has been ported to PowerPC and IBM s390 for use in servers.simply V8 convert directly native machine code rather than following traditional technique to convert code into bytecode and than interpret that code to machine code all these things always took some more time which was resolved by v8 engine .v8 engine has one main thread which do the job of fetching the code and compiling it and execute it .There’s also a separate thread for compiling, so that the main thread can keep executing while the former is optimising the code.the concept here is of Hidden class in v8 engine, let's understand hidden class concept of V8 engine.

Here V8 is adding a hidden class to keep track and also keep updating this hidden class on any changes into the class properties

here Once the “new Point(1, 2)” invocation happens, V8 will create a hidden class called “Po”.again when next time any changes happen V8 will update this class with another gidden class with name Po2 .

And finding from contiguous memory is faster . So V8 engine introduced hidden class concept .On each update in class properties , v8 attaching a updated hidden class , so that at run time it can keep track of properties types .Inline Caching, V8 maintains a cache of the type of objects that were passed as a parameter in recent method calls, and uses that information to make an assumption about the type of object that will be passed as a parameter in the future. If V8 is able to make a good assumption about the type of object that will be passed to a method, it can bypass the process of figuring out how to access the objects properties, and instead use the stored information from previous lookups to the objects hidden class.

This is what our political system is doing since long time to earn votes . But no one actually realise it's impacts on our society . It making our society useless . Have you ever seen a bagger on India railway platform , one day you must go to him and offer him a job , he will deny , because he is earning everything without doing anything so why he should do job, in which he required to work  .In India , many family are earning various benefits from reservation even they are in very good economical condition . Initially reservation was made to support  poor background people .Its not a war between caste but between rich and poor. You can imagine it like this, I have to get a rank in 2000 in JEE to get into a good IIT but SC/ST students can get into the same college with a way below rank in the Common Merit List. Now ST/SC contributes 30% population of India, same as general still this happens means a huge part of their population are not getting benefits of good education. Also some good brain got bad luck because seats are limited.What can be done to let people use reservation who actually deserve it rather than it being misused by rich class of people who don't deserve or need it . Look friends , no government has power to remove reservation system from India, because the whoever government will remove reservation a large community will stop voting him for long time . Their is huge fear in government . Now there is one possibility, to give reservation the basis of economical condition rather than on cast based. Previously like 10-15 years ago it was not possible but now any government can do it . See now government has Unique Id like Adhar Card and PEN card , on the basis of these digital data government can easily know actual income of any person. Since previously it was a bigger issue because we know our government offices are very corrupt , any rich person can easily proof that he is  a poor and he could have taken  all gain of reservations. BJP lost in Bihar just because some statement made by BJP government which was against reservation , Modi Ji understood easily that in country like India without reservation he can not win so instead of banning reservation he started giving reservation to upper cast as well . We all Indians must and should first look at work and development of any government rather than cast and religious biased . Look at country like China they never talk or think about religion of China ministers , they only look towards development .

Let's first discuss India educational , in the India in most of schools and colleges there is always lack of equipments . For example if you will go to any technical colleges  other than IIT and NIT you will always find lack of equipments . Now students required to stay on theory taught by teachers . We know human minds better understand by practical examples , but India most of students just able to see things in books . For example if you are a mechanical engineering students than they must practically understand stuffs like motor and boiler etc ,which will enhance students capability to interpret in better way . But as these equipment are very costly ,so all colleges can not have these kind of equipment . Same things are happening case of Civil engineering and other core engineering. Now let's talk about computer engineering and software engineering , in this case we do not need very costly equipment , only things we need here is a computer and a good brain . In India we lots of good brain and we know computer is not that costly. Almost all colleges and schools provides computers . Another things , India's cost competitiveness in providing IT services, which is approximately 3-4 times cheaper than the US, which attracts many USA company to depends on India , as they are getting services in very lower price . Another factor , A large population of India speaks English because of which communication from European and USA and Canada types of countries become very easy . And we all knows that these are the countries which generates maximum job opportunity. TCS also played a bigger role in making India a hub of IT .  Only things we need to do we should also develop our own softwares rather than providing only services . For example Window, Facebook , Gmail, Watsapp etc all these software belongs to foreign countries , so we need to develop these kind of things also . And to do so government need to play a important role here . Look there are no favourite party for me , even i do not like too much politics but as citizen of India  it is my responsibility to express my concern over it . Let us first talk about BJP , see in the last 5 years BJP Government has taken many wrong decisions , for example they have implemented GST , Implementing GST was not wrong idea , GST is really good . Many people who never paid Tax now they are paying . But before implementing GST they needed to prepare some architect for it's implementations . For example , many small scale companies , who do not know how to use GST , government should had  give them proper support and trainings . Many small scale company stop doing business , but still those who were totally legal companies are still working .So here we can see government was with good intension, but lack of planning . In the same way government failed in many fields . Government did well also in some area , like they made easy available home for every one , cooking gas become easily available to poor house holds . Under the Modi rule we made some better relations with many foreign countries.
For example Msud Ajhar (Pakistani terrorist) has been bane by UN as all countries supported , we were trying to do so since last 10 years and finally we made it in Modi government . Now let us talk about Congress government , they have also did many good things during their rule , but they did too many corruptions , like Coal scams ,common wealth game scams , 2G scams and many scams . So obviously their intension was wrong , which is not acceptable . Now if we talk about current conditions of Congress then, they should  wait  for another 5 years , reason is very simple . Congress government is fighting with very less number of seats , so they will not be in complete power with majority .If congress will win then they will make government with help of many parties . Here Government can not be able to take decisions easily , as parties needed to be satisfy with the decisions . Also there will be huge possibility of fall of Government if Congress will come in ruling , because if any party leave their support then government will fall . hello friends ,how are you, i am hoping that you all are good . Today we are going to discuss a very new topic which RCS ,before you read this blog please note that RCS has still (as of May 2019) not been adopted by many networks in India(only Jio as per my information) . So before we start into brief discussion let us understand few things . We have seen in last 10-5 years software technology has grown rapidly and many new things came in market , like Watsapp and messengers so all these technologies has completely replaced SMS systems . So it was actually huge loss for telecom companies . Because people started using watsapp and messengers as sms . Reason why people got attracted towards Watsapp and messangers , It provide a way to send video , pics and docs very easily.  But agin a very new kind of technology is under development called RCS(Rich Communication Services) ,it will provide a way to send docs , pics and video easily by simple SMS sysytem . Remember it has already adapted by many telecom company like jio ,it will work on your phone if you are using jio sim , but problem is others all telecome companies are not using RCS technology , So sending multimedia messages are only possible for both side if both sides are RCS enable SIMs . Now how RCS will be better option then using Watsapp and messengers ? See in case of RCS enabled SIM,  we do not required to install any app like Watsapp and messengers , so we are able save memories space of our mobiles . Since there are some issues going on it will take some time to come with full fledge .
Now some technical key points , you have heard about chat bot many times , so basically when you give any message to any app like email , Facebook Watsapp they have some robot which will give you an auto reply but in case of mobile SMS system it can not be possible to setup any robot to give you auto messages . So with the help of RCS API system one can develop robot which will internally communicate with RCS API system and will give user understandable messages . What is Internet Of things ? Where it is useful?

Hello friends , we are going to discussed Internet of Things. We have used internet on mobile , desktop and Tablets , but what about using internet on your physical devices like on bike , fan and Freeze . Suppose you are going to market and you forget to buy milk, in this case what if your freeze gives you a notification to you to buy  milk , then it will be very good . So the main question is how freeze can give any kind of notification on you mobile phone ? Obviously , your freeze is connected to Internet . In the same way suppose you are going out of the town and you forget to switch off your Fan or Bulbs ,then what you will do? So here returning back for this is not a wise idea , again if your Fan or Bulb is connected to Internet you can switch off all these stuff with help of Internet . So basically doing all these things from Internet is nothing but , Internet of Things .The Internet of things (IoT) is the extension of Internet connectivity into physical devices and everyday objects. Embedded with electronics, Internet connectivity, and other forms of hardware (such as sensors), these devices can communicate and interact with others over the Internet, and they can be remotely monitored and controlled. An IoT consists of web-enabled smart devices that use processors, sensors and communication hardware to collect and  send information .Now how It's works  , suppose any device is there and on particular temperature it will give a particular kind of notifications . Many time a device can give signals to another device. Although , there are few challenges in front of Industries . Take an example of Washing Machine and water supply motor . Both of them can be manufactured by two different company . Suppose any company wants to develop any IOT system to establish any communication between washing machine and motor but if an unique standard will not followed by these company who are making washing machine and motor then any party need to developed a separate king of IOT for each company . I mean you need to develop IOT differently for motor and washing machines. As IEEE understand importance of IOT in the coming years , it started working on making things in standard way , so that it will be easy to connect any company device to any other company devices . It has many projects are going on. Who ruled India in better way? And in Which time period India developed more?

Hello friends, Who ruled India better, the Mughals or the British?It's very important topic which we are going to cover todays . See whatever has been written in  our school books it was written by people who are in power , even we know history was always written by king of that period . So it's facts that no king will write wrong things about himself . You can see from current time even Prime ministers are said to be corrupted . So it is possible that at that time also king could b corrupted . Now let's compare British and Mughal .

• Political Freedom: British were better in terms of giving political freedom ,during time of British on can raise his or her voice against any atrocity , if any one raise his or her voice against Mughal they beheaded .
•  Freedom of religion : In this case British was also trying to convert Hindu into Christianity , but there hardly any large-scale destruction of temples, large scale conversion by force, large scale killing on religious ground.Unlike Mughals British didn’t impose Jizya tax on Hindus. so here I will give more points to British .Now you will asked what is Jizya tax , Jizya or jizyah is a per capita yearly tax historically levied on non-Muslim subjects, called the dhimma, permanently residing in Muslim lands governed by Islamic law. 
• Economy :If we talk about economy , then in this area Mughal was far better than British because , when British came to India  at that time India was richest country but when British left India , India become poorest country. it' reason was very simple whatever British was earning from India ,they were investing into great British Empire and to their Industrial revolutions .There was no large-scale wealth transfer from India during Mughal Rule. India again reclaimed the largest economy tag during the fag end of Mughal rule and even earlier India remained 2nd largest economy after China during Mughal Rule , so here i will give more points to Mughals.
•  Development :British were worse than Mughals and almost destroyed Indian agriculture. Tax rate during British was very high . Even Tax rate of Mughal was also very high , but they were little flexible .Only thing bad about Mughal was they invested more on their personal . Mughals wasted the money on personal monuments like Taj mahal whereas British wasted the money for  railway , Telegraph, and Infrastructure. So here i will give more points to British . 
• Education System : British destroyed traditional educational system and introduced modern educational system but this educational system was out of reach to majority of Indians . Mughals ignored scientific & modern education.So here also more points goes to British.
•  Justice : British Justice system may have been better but it was costly for poor Indians.In case of Mughal their Justice system was not very much fair but easily reachable to all common Indians .So here I think both equal .

•  राजनीतिक स्वतंत्रता : राजनीतिक स्वतंत्रता देने के मामले में ब्रिटिश बेहतर थे, अंग्रेजों के समय किसी भी अत्याचार पर उनकी आवाज उठ सकती है, अगर कोई मुगल के खिलाफ आवाज उठाता है तो वे उसके साथ मारपीट करते हैं। धर्म की स्वतंत्रता, इस मामले में ब्रिटिश भी हिंदू को ईसाई धर्म में परिवर्तित करने की कोशिश कर रहे थे, लेकिन मंदिरों का शायद ही कोई बड़े पैमाने पर विनाश, बल द्वारा बड़े पैमाने पर रूपांतरण, धार्मिक आधार पर बड़े पैमाने पर हत्या हो। वैसे भी मुगलों ने अंग्रेजों पर जिज़ल टैक्स नहीं लगाया था हिंदुओं पर। अब आप पूछेंगे कि जजिया कर क्या है, जजिया या जजियाह प्रति व्यक्ति कर है जो गैर-मुस्लिम विषयों पर ऐतिहासिक रूप से लगाया जाता है, जिसे धम्म कहा जाता है, जो स्थायी रूप से इस्लामी कानून द्वारा शासित मुस्लिम भूमि में रहता है।
• अर्थव्यवस्था: अगर हम अर्थव्यवस्था के बारे में बात करते हैं, तो इस क्षेत्र में मुगल ब्रिटिश की तुलना में कहीं बेहतर थे, क्योंकि जब ब्रिटिश भारत आए थे उस समय भारत सबसे अमीर देश था, लेकिन जब ब्रिटिश भारत छोड़ गए, तो भारत सबसे गरीब देश बन गया। इसका कारण बहुत ही सरल था जो भी ब्रिटिश भारत से कमा रहे थे, वे महान ब्रिटिश साम्राज्य में और अपने औद्योगिक क्रांतियों में निवेश कर रहे थे। मुगल शासन के दौरान भारत से बड़े पैमाने पर धन हस्तांतरण नहीं हुआ था। भारत ने फिर से मुगल शासन के अंत में सबसे बड़ा अर्थव्यवस्था टैग हासिल किया और पहले भी भारत मुगल शासन के दौरान चीन के बाद दूसरी सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था बना रहा।

Most of the time we ignore them , But today i would like to tell you guys a very important thing.Today if you are of 20 means you are most powerful , you can do many things which others with age of 40 can not do . Here powerful means not only from your body from your mind also. Decision what you will make at this age will impact rest of your life . Few things you must do ,like take big risk. Anything which you feel you should do and many people around you who are suggesting you you should not try this as it will not work according to them , you must try to do . They might be failed to doing it does not mean you will also failed. Travel a-lot in your this age. Many people are waiting to get retired from everything from their life to start traveling , they are thinking after age of 60 i will start traveling , but don't wait for age 60 , you may die at  the age of 50 . Always re-invest in yourself , here i am trying to says always try to do something new ,adapt new changes learn new things. Laugh often . Now if we talk about goals , so please do not set your goals according to your parents wish or some one around you what doing . Think carefully what you want , what you can do best and what you are enjoying most when you are doing that things.Take care of your physical health , always remember that if you save your body today it will be last longer , many people may think no need to live longer , but actually even you live for smaller time you need to healthy first .i have seen many people who have huge amount of money but they are not healthy so all these money are useless for them. Don’t be too hard on yourself , many time you will find what path you have chosen initially was not correct ,but still you are pushing hard for same path, if you practically able to realise that this not the correct path for your future , than you should change you path , you have learned about wrong path , it will helpful in your future because nothing go waste. It’s important to remember that things will fall into right place when they’re supposed to be there on the right time , it can not be there earlier than it's actual time time, so try if worked then it's ok or try again in new way .

अत्यंत गंभीर चक्रवाती तूफान फानी, 2013 में फालिन के बाद से भारतीय राज्य ओडिशा पर हमला करने के लिए सबसे मजबूत उष्णकटिबंधीय चक्रवात था, अब एक मजबूत श्रेणी 4 तूफान (हवाओं 200 - 210 किमी / घंटा की रफ्तार 230 किमी / घंटा) के बराबर है। फिर से आप चक्रवातों के विभिन्न स्तरों के बारे में अधिक पढ़ सकते हैं क्योंकि यह 200 से अधिक की गति तक पहुँच गया है इसलिए Orgnisations इसे स्तर 4 श्रेणियों में मान रहे हैं। जैसा कि यह 20 वर्षों में सबसे तीव्र तूफानों में से एक के रूप में भारतीय राज्य ओडिशा के पास है। यह नाम बांग्लादेश द्वारा योगदान दिया गया था और इसका अर्थ है 'सांप का हुड'। भारत में भी फानी शब्द का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है, अगर आपने कोबरा सांपों को देखा है, तो उन्हें आमतौर पर फानी सांप कहा जाता है। विश्व मौसम विज्ञान संगठन चक्रवातों को नाम देने के लिए ज़िम्मेदार है, आम तौर पर नाम छोटा होना चाहिए और स्थानीय लोगों द्वारा बहुत बार उपयोग किया जाना चाहिए, यह भी नाम पर कोई विवाद नहीं होना चाहिए। एक सवाल उठेगा कि अरब सागर की तुलना में बंगाल की खाड़ी में अधिक चक्रवात क्यों? उत्तर बहुत सरल है, सिर्फ इसलिए कि बंगाल की खाड़ी का पानी अरब सागर की तुलना में गर्म है, साथ ही कई ताजे पानी बंगाल की खाड़ी में गंगा और ब्रह्मपुत्र नदियों से गिर रहे हैं। चक्रवात फनी ने 175 किमी प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार के साथ तेज बारिश और हवा के झोंके को उतारा, जिससे कम से कम आठ लोगों की मौत हो गई, और घरों और गांवों को उड़ा दिया, अधिकारियों ने कहा। और अन्य विशेषज्ञ कह रहे हैं कि भारत ने जीवन बचाने में अच्छा काम किया है। । इसरो ने चक्रवात फानी के बारे में बहुत प्रारंभिक चेतावनी दी थी और उसके कारण भारत सरकार 1 मिलियन से अधिक लोगों को निकालने में सक्षम थी। वर्ष 1999 में ओडिशा को लगभग 30 घंटों के लिए एक सुपर चक्रवात की चपेट में लिया गया था, जिसमें लगभग 10,000 लोग मारे गए थे। यह दर्शाता है कि भारत को इस तरह की आपदाओं से निपटने के लिए बहुत अच्छी तकनीक मिली है। भारत में इस चक्रवात में अब तक केवल 12 लोग मारे गए हैं, यहां तक ​​कि ये 12 जीवन महत्वपूर्ण थे फिर भी हमारी सरकारी एजेंसी ने अच्छा काम किया है। उन स्वयंसेवकों के लिए भी धन्यवाद जो ओडिशा में असहाय लोगों के लिए सभी प्रकार की सहायता प्रदान करने के लिए काम कर रहे हैं। ओडिशा के लिए यह वास्तव में बहुत बुरा है क्योंकि यह राज्य के विकास पर बहुत अधिक प्रभाव डालता है। ओडिशा नियमित रूप से इस तरह की आपदाओं का सामना कर रहा है जिसने ओडिशा को विकास में पीछे की ओर खड़ा कर दिया है। ओडिशा सरकार और भारत सरकार को इस पर सोचने की जरूरत है।

Extremely Severe Cyclonic Storm Fani  was the strongest tropical cyclone to strike the Indian state of Odisha since Phailin in 2013, is now the equivalent of a strong category 4 hurricane (winds 200 – 210 km/h gusts 230 km/h). Again you can read more about various level of cyclones as it reached speed more than 200 so Orgnisations are considering it into level 4 categories. As it nears the Indian state of Odisha as one of the most intense storms in 20 years.The name was contributed by Bangladesh and means 'hood of a snake'. Fani word also used in India, if you have seen cobra snakes they generally called as Fani snakes. World Meteorological Organisation is responsible to give name to cyclones , in generally name should be small and should be used very frequently by local people , also there should not be any controversy on it's name. One question will arise why more cyclones in Bay of Bengal than Arabian sea? answer is very simple, just because water of Bay of Bengal is warmer than Arabian sea , also too many fresh water are getting fall into Bay of Bengal from Ganga and Brhma Putra Rivers. Cyclone Fani unleashed heavy rain and windstorm with wind speeds up to 175 kmph, killing at least eight people, blowing away thatched houses, and swamping towns and villages, officials said.UN and other experts are saying India has did a good jobs in saving life. ISRO had given very early warning about Cyclone Fani and because of that Indian Government was able to  evacuated more than 1 million people. In the year 1999 Odisha was hit by a super cyclone for around 30 hours which killed around 10,000 people .It shows that India has got very good technology to handle these kind of disasters . Only 12 people has been killed so far in this cyclone in India , even these 12 life was important still our government agency has did good job. Thanks to those volunteers also who are working to provide all kinds of helps for helpless people in  Odisha.For Odisha it is really very bad because it impact too much on growth of state . Odisha regularly facing these kind of disasters which put Odisha on the back foot in development  . Government of Odisha and Indian government need to thinks on this.
