Is Examination system is good?

In this world  every one want  to be better from other,which is great sickness, right now every one want to be number one, but what is problem in number 100, every one has their role ,every one has role to play , every induvidual want to be a full fledge life.

Let's take an example, today i will make you  king or queen of this earth  , will you happy ,does it full fill your desire?no now you are looking at stars , you want king or queen of this universe . desires are not bad ,but it is endless , infinity can not be counted , do you think you are able to count infinity , desires are in the same way .

People believe you will not reach full potential unless you are in competition. But it is not correct at all , by competition one can learn one thing   but to learn another thing you need to another competition.

Let me tell you one another example ,suppose you are in competion with me , so what you will do ? you will only try to get little more  what I got .Or suppose you are in competion with me in running , so your aim will be just to run little faster then me , but are you going to explore your self at your best ? No it is not true , who knows you may fly if there was no competition with me . So basically you are making yourself in such way that you will try to do little better than others. 

So I am claiming teachers or i am claiming schools ? No not exacly , I just want to create awareness in teachers and school that instead of creating competions amongs students , they need to create a environment where student love to know new things.

 Almost entire world is suffering from this ,a nation is making explosives which could perform better then neighburs country , some state they want to create more jobs them neighburs state just to proof better performer them neighburs state.

Exams also create fears in students , you must ask one question to your self are you going to school to learn or to proof ,why this fears , basically we are thinking what will happen if i will get less marks, it's ok i will get 35 , this 35 number will not decide my life , but no cheating , do not lose your integrity .

We should understand most important thing is loving what we do , this is only way to explore your selft at your best , with examination you are forcing yourself some one else to explore within you .Comparison also creates unplasant situation in our life.

I think people learn in different ways. For some exams are better, others not so much.

But doing well in school certainly can give one confidence, which will help later in life.

There are good tests and bad ones. Then there is the pressure applied to the student to succeed. These are certainly negatives but think of a world with no exams for drivers, doctors, students, etc.
