Do Ghosts Really Exist?Can we see them?

hello friends , today we are going to talk about ghost .Basically what we call a ghost, it something which does not have body , So we are ghost with body. Let's take an example , suppose your current weight is 100kg ,and you are not happy with your weight ,so you will go to gym and after 1 year you will lose 50 kg of your current weight . Now question is you lost your 50 kg of weight so your 50kg which you lost was a ghost?Let me tell you one another thing , have you ever play with bubble in your childhood, have you ever blow soap bubbles.Basically what i am trying to say ,when many child blow soap bubble in air at one time everyone is telling this is my bubble this is my bubble ,But once bubble burst it mixed with air . After bursting soap bubbles , no one say this is my air this is my air. In the same way our body, everyone got a body and we are assuming this is my body this is my body, But This body is given to us by nature, We grew up by eating nature .Once we die , just like soap bubble we mixed in air and our body will go to nature . Now question is , whether ghost exist or not . If we read definition of energy, Energy is neither be created or  destroyed , but it can be converted from one form to another . So once we die there is a energy which mixed with this nature. We can not say it as a ghost , because in starting i told you that , if a person without body is a ghost then we are also ghost with body. I am not against the idea of ,life after death , but i am not supporting the idea of ghost .Many people claims they have seen ghost ,but it happens some time during sleeping time ,we feel we saw something , but most of time it is illusion of our own mind . Many time during sleep we feel something like demon is there , but it generated by our mind , actually many things happening during sleep, like shifting of older memory from one place to another and lot more . And during this process ,our mind get stuck some were . You have heard from your older ,that they have seen ghost and you will start thinking about it , so more you think about it , anything any sound coming to you will looks like ghost .You people can share you idea of ghost
