Guru Gobind Singh  (5 January 1666 – 7 October 1708) born Gobind Rai, was the tenth Sikh Guru, a spiritual master, warrior, poet and philosopher. If we see life of Guru Govind Singh it was very different , he become a powerful leader and a Guru. Guru Govind Singh father was  publicly beheaded in Delhi on 11 November 1675 under the orders of Aurangzeb because he refuse to convert to islam. Guru Govind Singh had 4 sons , out of which 2 died in battle with islamic invaders and 2 were executed by Mughals. All these incidence makes Guru Govind Singh very powerful. Guru Nanak Was founder of Sikh warriors community called Khalsa.Many of us do not know one very important fact about Guru Govind Singh , His birth place was Patna in Bihar .According to the Sikh tradition, One day many volunteer gathered with Guru Govind Singh Ji. Guru Govind asked for a volunteer from those who gathered, someone willing to sacrifice his head. One came forward, whom he took inside a tent. The Guru returned to the crowd without the volunteer, but with a bloody sword.He asked for another volunteer, and repeated the same process of returning from the tent without anyone and with a bloodied sword four more times. After the fifth volunteer went with him into the tent, the Guru returned with all five volunteers, all safe. Finally Guru Govind Singh got his fighters.He called them the Panj Pyare and the first Khalsa in the Sikh tradition.During the time of Mughal there was a system in which every non muslim need to pay tax , Guru Govind his volunteers denied to pay tax.If we talk about Punjab , Punjab was always front of India , any invaders need to first face Punjab , so with time Punjab become very stronger .You will never see any Jatt begging , they are very hardworking they work and earn . In Sikh community every one is a volunteer , if you have ever visited inside any Guru Dwara you will see that people are cleaning Gurudwara , serving foods , cleaning shoes of tourist and visitors . So all of them are self motivated without paid .They are capable to adapt any circumstances , you will see they learn the language of that state where they stay , and it is very good . Because many Sikhs and Punjabi peoples are staying in country like Canada and USA so inflow of Dollers is also very good this makes Punjab a rich state .The term "Sikh" has its origin in the Sanskrit words Sisya, meaning a disciple, or a student . Guru Nanak was founder of Sikhism and also one of the first Guru out of 10 Guru of Sikhs.
