Why Indian politics is caste based ? Why all governments are failed to solve this.

Hi friends , today i am going to put my view on Indian politics , I am not forcing any one of you to get agree with me on my view, It is totally your wish . Indian politics is very deep , here many party are there in politics , and ruling party can not take any big decisions by it's own , even they are in power , from many point of view it is good. But there are 100 of negative things in having many political party in a country . Ruling party always thinking about next election , rather than focusing on current development ,of course it will happen . Suppose you are working in a company , and some one always standing on your head for work , and telling you, will be fired from job if your work is not good . Your performance will get down . It have some good things also ,government  can not skip by "opposition party", if they commit any crime .But In current politics these things are used as a tool to get power back . India is a country where every sector has some reservations , and some community has not any reservation , they are fighting get some reservation . So our question is why not government removing this reservation system which is made on the basis of caste system from India ? It is not easy to remove reservation system from India , Even government want to remove but it can not  , because any government who will stop reservation system from India will not get a single vote from all those community who were getting reservation .Britishers ruled India on the basis of Divide and Rule for more than 100 years , They divided us on the basis of Hindu and Muslim . . Congress continued this formula after coming in to the power, they divided more by giving reservation to minority as well as few more caste inside Hindu . They gave reservation to the minorities as well as to the other classes on the basis of caste system. In our constitution provision of reservation was for 10 years only , but for vote banks congress continue with reservation . In the mean time many political party came into power , but to earn more vote  than congress they given more reservation to some new community, means you do not need to do any development here,just give some reservation, so all party did same . Reservation is legal form of bribe to the voters. It should be abolished in the interest of reserved categories and nation as a whole. If we discuss about solution , it is very simple , change this reservation on the basis of poorness ,if total earning of any family is less than the given amount  they shold be given reservation . governemnt need to set up infrastructure for it and way to execute it.
