Hello friends today we are going to talk about "Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank(AIIB)".This is an international Bank which was initially developed China ,but with the time many country from Asia started putting their shares in it, because it helps in infrastructure development for any country who really need it .So In simple way if we want to define AIIB ,It is a bank that focuses on the infrastructure and the development of the countries in the Asian continent .The bank may have started with a minuscule capital than that of the other international banks but at the same time the other banks specially the world bank and the Asian Development Bank are dominated by the western countries especially the USA. AIIB provide loans to Asian countries, India has taken maximum loan till date from AIIB , But it is not an issue because after China India has maximum share . Many people may think why AIIB is giving large amount of loans , answer is very simple AIIB know that India is very fast growing nation , so what ever loan AIIB is giving to India is totally safe . AIIB giving loan to India mostly for making various metro project , Dam  and for Road projects .AIIB knows India has tremendous possibility to grow faster , even China know this facts.         
The ratio of the loan taken from the bank and the investment of India in the capital is in a good condition and therefore ,there is nothing much to worry about. India being one of the most potential in terms of growth and development is the most important borrower for the bank. But the country's finance will be safe in this case.The influence as a member in the AIIB for India is good and ranks the second position in the Asian continent. Other than this the improved diplomatic relations and strategic ties and treaties with the countries like the Iran, Afghanistan, Bangladesh and other nations will boost India to gain more votes thus grabbing a good position for the bank board. Every countries who has given their share in this Bank , they all would prefer to spend their share on faster growing country so that they can also get benefits in the form of interest when that country will make money(India). 28% of total loans has been taken by India alone from AIIB, But India is also biggest share holder after China. After China , Only India is a permanent member in AIIB .AIIB has board of Directors ,and any decision taken by AIIB need 70% of Vote from member countries.So , we can not say that China is only who can take decision in AIIB.One very important point , China has maximum share in AIIB, so if AIIB is giving huge amount loan to India , China Would also wish for better growth in India.Because if India will grow ,it would be able to return loan amount with interest , and as told you china has maximum amount of share in AIIB , China will get bigger benefits. So These things will bring India and China together and Relation between India and China will be better .
